The U.S. government positions itself as a defender of democracy and human rights, readily condemning global discrimination. Yet, it remains silent on Israel's actions and atrocities, raising questions about its commitment to justice. Analysts find this hypocrisy troubling, especially since Israel relies heavily on U.S. military and financial support.

Despite this dependency, Israel often disregards U.S. concerns, partly due to the influence of pro-Israel lobby groups that financially back U.S. politicians. This dynamic creates a political environment where dissent against Israel is met with backlash, undermining genuine accountability and complicity in ongoing human rights violations against Palestinians.

In Yemen, the governing authority has enacted sanctions against Israel in solidarity with Palestinians suffering in Gaza, targeting shipping linked to Israel in the Red Sea. In response, the US has formed an international naval coalition aimed at Yemen instead of addressing the humanitarian crisis. This prioritization of Israeli trade over Palestinian lives exemplifies the US's troubling allegiance to Israel, which has never reciprocated by protecting US interests abroad. Historically, Israel has even attacked US vessels, such as the USS Liberty in 1967, with no repercussions, leading survivors to claim a cover-up by US administrations.

The Palestinian are even more spirited than Afghan fighters, so prolonging the war is just like shooting oneself on foot.

In addressing these questions, it's essential to recognize that the US is not genuinely a democracy; rather, it functions as a plutocracy, where political candidates heavily depend on campaign financing. This is where pro-Israel lobbying groups, like the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), play a significant role as major campaign donors, effectively securing the allegiance of US politicians who become susceptible to manipulation. Consequently, any government proposal unfavorable to AIPAC faces significant hurdles in becoming law, and Israel often receives preferential treatment to bypass existing human rights regulations regarding arms supplies.

Additionally, a substantial evangelical Christian voter base pressures politicians to support Israel's controversial actions, regardless of their severity or complex ramifications. These Christians believe that Israel's survival is crucial for the second coming of Jesus and the Apocalypse, ensuring that US politicians align with Israel, while any sympathy for the Palestinian cause is strictly off-limits.

President George H.W. Bush Sr. experienced a decline in popularity despite his success in the Gulf War (1990-1991) and ultimately lost re-election. This was largely due to his decision to withhold loan guarantees from Israel in response to its illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank, which led to significant opposition from the pro-Israel lobby.

Similarly, former U.S. Senator Paul Findley, who served from 1960 to 1981, faced political repercussions for his anti-Israel views, as detailed in his book They Dare to Speak Out.

The United States has committed a significant injustice by using its veto power in the UN Security Council to shield Israel from global condemnation. Former President Richard Nixon noted in his book Beyond Peace that since the Cold War's conclusion, Israel lacks substantial strategic value for U.S. interests, rendering this protection increasingly irrational.

U.S. politicians exploit a pro-Israel media landscape, with journalists consistently echoing Israel's "self-defense" narrative. This not only empowers U.S. politicians but also bolsters Israel's military occupation of Palestine. Critics of pro-Israel politicians, such as Representatives Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, often face character attacks in mainstream media, exemplifying this trend.

The global community commemorates figures like Nelson Mandela far more than U.S. presidents who have backed a state founded on terrorism, which has oppressed Palestinians for over 75 years. This unwavering support for Israel has cost the U.S. billions and diminished its international reputation. It is crucial to reconsider this relationship with Israel before it undermines the very principles upon which the U.S. was established

IDF Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, told Channel 13 that Hamas is UNBREAKABLE "This business of destroying Hamas, making Hamas disappear — it’s simply throwing sand in the eyes of the public. Hamas is an idea, Hamas is a party. It’s rooted in the hearts of the people — anyone who thinks we can eliminate Hamas is wrong"
