Flexibility Exercises: Flexibility exercises, such as stretching, help improve the range of motion of your joints and prevent injuries. They can also improve posture and reduce muscle tension. Aim to stretch all major muscle groups regularly.  

Balance Exercises: Balance exercises help improve stability and prevent falls, especially important as we age. Examples include yoga, tai chi, and standing on one foot.

Core Exercises: Core exercises strengthen the muscles in your abdomen, lower back, and pelvis. A strong core is essential for good posture, balance, and overall stability. Examples include planks, bridges, and sit-ups.

Tips for Maintaining a Fitness Routine

Starting a fitness routine is the easy part; sticking with it can be more challenging. Here are some tips to help you stay on track:

Set Realistic Goals: Don't try to do too much too soon. Start with small, achievable goals and gradually increase the intensity and duration of your workouts.
