Entrepreneurship varies widely, but there are signs of success; After I studied many successful entrepreneurial cases, I summarized the common characteristics of entrepreneurial success into six elements, that is, confidence, model, team, product, financing, management; Let's break it down one by one:

1) Confidence, AS I said in the "Dream Maker" entrepreneurship coaching course before, confidence is the prerequisite for us to do anything. For example, to become an excellent swimmer, the first step is to have the courage to jump into the water. Learning a lot of theories on shore will not help! I often say that entrepreneurs are not forced or persuaded to go into the sea to start a successful business! All entrepreneurs have a common entrepreneurial trait - that is to start a business full of confidence to win! Because people with entrepreneurial characteristics can not work for a long time, also do not want to rely on others, more do not want to mechanically early nine to five according to the work and life. Entrepreneurs look forward to innovation, change, challenge themselves, and create their own world! This is called the entrepreneur trait.

Therefore, confidence is the key for us to take the first step. Many friends do not dare to take the first step, because of forethought, afraid of this afraid of that, worry about personal gains and losses; In fact, when you think about it carefully, it is not difficult to find: even if the start-up fails, what is the worst possible? What is the outcome you can live with? Help their objective analysis clear, and finally come to the conclusion: failed big deal to work again, big deal to start all over again, in fact, life is not a big deal, have a positive heart, more meaningful than hesitant swing! Because entrepreneurship itself can best reflect a person's innovation value!

2) Model, entrepreneurship based on confidence without model is like a blind man Shouting slogans, never knowing which direction is right, if you haven't thought about the field of entrepreneurship? What are the characteristics of the industry? Who is the target audience? What is the profit model? Blind entrepreneurship, the result is bound to fail! Because although confidence urges you to take the first step in entrepreneurship, the model gives you a clear strategic direction, so that you can think calmly, what are their strengths and weaknesses? What are the core competencies? How to gain a firm foothold in the market quickly? So the model is not only a direction for entrepreneurs, but also a plan and a vision: let us carefully analyze clear market opportunities, profit models, user group needs, product architecture and so on.

3) team. As the saying goes, single silk is not a line, solitary tree does not become a forest, confidence is good model, but how to rely on one person alone? A good man needs three helpers. Therefore, to be successful as an entrepreneur, it is very important to find a team, find the right people to do the right thing, in this process, the entrepreneur must clearly analyze their own advantages. What are the deficiencies? What is the lack of talent? How can you complement yourself? For example, if you are a trailblazer, look for r&d and management partners to complement each other. For example, if you are a design talent, you need to find a complementary operation and promotion partner. At the beginning of the business, team members do not necessarily need to be many, but they should complement each other and learn from each other's strengths to become a fighting team. 4) Product, with confidence, model and team, the next most important thing is product; Because any service that hooks into the user must be implemented through the product; As soon as possible, entrepreneurs should study: what products can be developed to meet the needs of the target audience quickly? Here, you need to carefully analyze and plan product functions, selling points, services, publicity channels, promotion modes, and ways of interaction and communication with users. It can be said that an excellent product design framework is an objective reflection of the model, which is directly related to the satisfaction of the user group and the reputation effect. Therefore, the founder of any enterprise must think about product research and development only second to the strategic model. Because although the model of entrepreneurship is correct, how can the product meet the requirements of the model? Meet user needs? I suggest that the product development process can be divided into three steps: the first step is to write the product development process module diagram and repeatedly simulate to demonstrate whether the product forms a closed-loop service mode; The second step is to analyze the functional selling points of the product through the external test of local inside and target consumer groups. Is it in line with consumer needs? What is the user experience? How smooth is it? How about humanity? Attach importance to user feedback, constantly optimize and improve, improve product performance, must develop products that make users scream and surprise, let users become your word-of-mouth advertising, is a sign of success of an excellent product! Of course, in the research and development, the design of profit model cannot be ignored, but in today's business era, any profit model must be built on the basis of user satisfaction.

5) Financing and entrepreneurship are not the affairs of one person or a group of people. It should be a social behavior system. Entrepreneurs should clearly realize that only by integrating resources and making use of investment can they accelerate the pace of entrepreneurship and shorten the time for success. So when our model is correct, excellent team, excellent products, as the founder or CEO, should as soon as possible for project financing, and corners for your startup chariot catalyst, let your startup project leading peers, better than rivals, faster to grab market share, to have the chance to survive, pre-emptive, stand out, the road to success!

6) Management, which mentioned confidence, mode, team, product, financing, etc., but for the sustainable operation of enterprises, management is the first productive force in the final analysis! This is like a container of water, no matter how large the capacity, determine how much water can be filled is always the lowest leak! If there are loopholes in the management of the enterprise, then the container will never be filled with water! Therefore, management should be highly valued by entrepreneurs, including but not limited to team management, process management, business management, financial management...... All must follow the principle of humanization and results-oriented. Any management that does not conform to the strategic direction should be reformed, and any management that does not satisfy users must be abandoned!

In this era, customer satisfaction is the king, but also the cornerstone of sustainable development of enterprises; Everything is results-oriented. So I suggest entrepreneurs, should be busy in the work, continue to charge, study hard, master the core of modern enterprise management system, that is result-oriented and customer first!
