Internal Communications –Assistant Manager

Marketing and Communications CoE: USI Business Communications – Internal Communications role

Work you’ll do:

The team member will lead internal communications for specific portfolios in one of Deloitte USI’s largest business functions as part of the USI Business internal communications team and manage campaigns, develop creative and innovative content messaging & campaign deliverables, and take a lead on project management and timely deliverables aligned with key strategic objectives for the Consulting Business team.

• Work closely with the business communications lead to develop and execute communication projects aligned to the stakeholder priorities
• Work with multiple SPOCs and US stakeholders to understand objectives, identify, build and disseminate communications through various communications channels, for various target audience groups including the leadership
• Significantly enhance communications to improve message coordination, clarity, consistency, and context in line with the overall brand guidelines
• Prioritize and manage the stakeholder and leadership expectations based on overall priorities and available resources
• Demonstrate knowledge of Deloitte’s business and talent groups and build messaging to positively position the various programs/initiatives
• Provide support in developing and driving effective metrics to measure the impact of communications delivered

The team

USI Communications is a team of professionals who specialize in Internal Communications, Public Relations and Communication Technology. The team reinforces the culture and brand of Deloitte internally and monitors our external reputation – intervening where necessary. They also play the role of a strategic and trusted business advisor for leaders and ensure that professionals are equipped with the right information in a timely manner to excel at work and enjoy well-being. Other priorities include creating an open and transparent environment for leadership communication and leveraging internal channels creatively, effectively disseminating information and measuring the impact of communications.

Qualifications

Required:

• Post Graduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or English preferred.
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant work experience
• Good command over the English language
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

Work Timings: 11 AM - 8 PM
