An Overview of Dynamics 365 and Why your Business Needs It

There are many cloud technology providers, but one, in particular, supports Dynamics 365 and ERP and helps on-premises customers finally migrate to cloud-based Dynamic 365.

What is Dynamics 365?

1. Preparing the team for migration:

It is critical to have a stakeholder buy-in, especially for the CRM platform. Because without the right data, this can singlehandedly be a major reason for project failure. While the data mapping process is the first step, establishing contact between the techs and users is also important. During this process, you also need to assess the end-user preparedness for Dynamics 365 migration and platform.

2. Selecting features:

You need to select features you need to use in the new platform. There will be a lot to consider if the migration is from an old CRM to a new one. 3. Select migration tool:

4. Test the data transfer:

Testing data transfer will help you know what will happen in the real migration and whether or not all the data is being fruitfully transferred or not. It will help filter any data quality issues and help solve them beforehand.

5. Finalize and deploy:

After the test runs and apparent modifications, your platform is finally ready to go live.
