RE: DECLARATION FROM THE BATTLEFIELD.
To Whom It Concerns—whether friend, foe, watcher, or prayer warrior—this document serves as my formal notice, my proclamation from the trenches of life and spirit.
I write from a place not marked by gunfire or visible conflict, but a battlefield etched in shadows and whispers—a battlefield of wills, of hidden agendas, of the unyielding push and pull between light and dark.
For years, I have walked this war zone. The enemy has not always been clear—sometimes cloaked in smiles, sometimes hidden in systems, and often whispered through doubts in my own heart.
I have carried burdens unseen but felt in every fiber of my being—pressures to perform, to prove, to bend beneath forces that sought to diminish my voice and spirit. I’ve built walls around my soul, yet those walls were tested, breached, and battered by those who assumed their station gave them unchecked power over me.
I stood my ground through fatigue and frustration, through spiritual battles that had no uniform and no ceasefire. And yet, in the chaos, a voice emerged—clearer than the noise, stronger than any threat.
> “God has spoken once, twice have I heard this: that power belongs to God.” — Psalm 62:11
This truth—the power belongs to God—became my anchor, my pivot, my declaration.
---
BACKGROUND & CONTEXT.
In this world, power often masquerades as titles, influence, and control. It is wielded like a weapon in boardrooms and backrooms, used to gatekeep, to silence, to enforce invisible chains. Strength is measured by the currency of fear or control, and weakness is a vulnerability to be exploited.
I have been tested by systems that wear the guise of fairness but operate in injustice. I have faced adversaries who smile while they cut, who impose their will through policies crafted not for justice but for advantage. I have been judged, dismissed, and underestimated because I dared to stand differently.
Yet, through it all, I have come to a profound realization:
Power—every kind of power, from the seen to the unseen, from the light to the dark—ultimately belongs to One.
The One who hung stars in the sky and measured out the oceans.
The One who weaves time and breath into every moment of my existence.
The One who holds my story, knows my battles before they begin, and whose authority surpasses all human systems.
Not the power brokers, not the silent oppressors, not even my own limited strength.
---
TERMS OF RESIGNATION.
Therefore, effective immediately, I formally declare:
I resign from engaging in battles not assigned to me.
I resign from donning armor forged by fear, pride, or desperation.
I resign from submitting to the false authority of worldly power structures.
I resign from exhausting myself trying to prove my worth in systems built to break.
I resign from attempting to control outcomes that are held securely in divine hands.
I resign from wrestling with shadows already vanquished by divine light.
This resignation is not defeat. It is wisdom distilled from struggle. It is strategy born from surrender. It is faith made tangible.
---
STRATEGIC REALIGNMENT.
This is not surrender to weakness; it is submission to the supreme Power whose strength is absolute and eternal.
The Power that has fought every battle on my behalf before I ever took a step.
The Power that does not rush, that does not panic, whose timing is impeccable and perfect.
I now stand beneath His banner, knowing that every threat I face is a rerun of a war He has already won—before time began.
---
IMPLICATIONS FOR THE PRESENT AND FUTURE.
To those who believe they wield power over me—hear this carefully:
I am no longer playing your game.
I am no longer drained by your tactics or wearied by your judgments.
I am no longer captive to opinions or systems designed to control and diminish.
You may underestimate me. That is your gravest miscalculation.
For I am backed by the greatest Power in the universe—
A Power that moves mountains with a whisper and still calms my restless soul.
A Power that requires no defense or explanation—
A Power whose authority spans heaven and earth, past, present, and future.
And to those who walk this truth alongside me:
Walk boldly. Speak clearly. Rest deeply.
Know our fight is not against flesh and blood, but forces unseen.
Know our victory is assured, eternal, and irrevocable.
---
FINAL WORDS: A PUBLIC PROCLAMATION.
This is my official resignation—from fear, from false strength, from the exhausting illusion that I must fight alone.
I resign to a Power beyond my own—a strength that never falters or fades.
I resign my will to Jehovah, Maker of Heaven and Earth—the One who holds all power and authority.
Let this stand as a solemn warning:
Anyone who attempts to touch, harm, or oppress me without divine authorization does so at their own peril.
Their hands bear full responsibility, and their blood is on their own heads.
So let it be written. So let it be known:
I resign.
Not because I am weak, but because I am wise.
Not because I have lost, but because I have surrendered to the One who has already won.
Not because I am alone, but because I am covered by the throne of Heaven.

Author’s Note:
This letter and the decision it declares are deeply inspired by real-life battles—both internal and external—that have shaped my journey. The feelings of wrestling with unseen forces, the exhaustion of fighting alone, and the ultimate surrender to a higher power are reflections of experiences lived and lessons learned.
The format and tone of this letter take creative inspiration from C.S. Lewis’s The Screwtape Letters, where spiritual warfare is explored through the lens of a formal, strategic correspondence. Like Lewis, I wanted to capture both the gravity and the nuance of this invisible battle in a way that is both thoughtful and evocative—blending honesty, authority, and a touch of solemn wit.
This is more than a resignation; it is a reclaiming of power through surrender—a declaration that true strength is found not in self, but in alignment with the divine.

If surrender has a face, it’ll be that of our Lord Jesus Christ. Everything he did on earth was intentional and he did it all in total surrender to the will of His father. He declared in John 5:19 “…. he can do only what he sees his Father doing”. Also, In Luke 22:42, Jesus is in the Garden of Gethsemane, praying just before his crucifixion. He asks his Father to take away this cup, which means the suffering and death he’s about to go through, if that’s what the Father wants. But he also says, “Not my will, but yours be done,” which shows how completely he trusts the Father’s will, even though it’s a tough and painful one. So it is pertinent that we follow in His footsteps. I, therefore applaud you for your courage, dedication and proclamation to surrender your will entirely to God without any fear, inhibitions or restrictions, knowing fully well that whatever we do in an attempt to please the Lord will never go Unrewarded.👏❤️🎉
