5 Sites to Share Your Articles to Make More Money from Your Writing
Share and profit

We all want to earn more from our writing, and the biggest mistake you can make as an online writer or blogger is to post and ghost.
Yes, Search engine optimization will support your writing efforts, and eventually, with time and effort, your articles will rank on search engines. You might not hit the number one spot, but you might rank or page two or three.
Another thing you must do as a writer is share your articles to gain more traction. Traffic is gold, targeted traffic is better, but more eyes, means more money regardless. So here are five places to share your articles or blog posts to earn more money from your writing:
Many Stories
Many Stories is a little known platform that’s specifically designed for sharing articles. It’s not like Pinterest where you’ll need to create Pin graphics and add descriptions etc. it’s simple, all you do is copy and paste your link and click share.
Also, add tags for visibility and that’s it.
I use Many Stories daily, it’s the first place I share my Medium articles, blog posts, and Vocal Media posts.
Flipboard is also a little known content sharing platform. You don’t hear much about it, but I love it for sharing articles and videos.
With Flipboard, you create content hubs or boards where you share articles and videos from the web. Share your articles and anything you find online that you’d like to share with your audience.
Flipboard also rewards creators with internships and money-making opportunities. I’m surprised it’s not so popular because it’s a great place to build your reputation as a creator.
This is an obvious one, but if you’re a blogger and you’re not posting on Pinterest, you’re not a blogger.
I batch create Pinterest posts, and post straight after publishing.
Last month, I noticed that 30% of my traffic came from Pinterest, so even if I don’t blow up on Pinterest and gain loads of followers, I’ll still post there. I post 3 pins for every article I publish.
Slideshare
Slideshare is a fun slide content platform where you create educational slides. I create mini slides and add my article links. This is also an effective way to promote digital products and services.
Mix.com
Mix.com is a content discovery and social bookmarking platform designed to help users explore, save, and share personalized web content—like articles, videos, images, and more—from across the internet .
I share my content here twice a week.
🚨Bonus tips
-Add your article links to previous articles.
-Add article links to your social media pages.
-Add your article links to YouTube video description boxes, and YouTube community posts.
-Share in Facebook and LinkedIn groups.
-Share on Reddit and Quora (do this sparingly and make sure you don’t spam).
-Add article links where relevant to job applications on freelance platforms.
-Share on your WhatsApp status. Also, create a WhatsApp channel and share there.
Build a discord group and share articles there too.

3 tips for making more money from your articles
1. Write Evergreen & Niche Content
Why it works: Evergreen articles (e.g., “How to Start Freelancing in 2025”) keep generating traffic long after publishing.
What to do: Focus on high-demand, low-competition niches (e.g., AI tools for small businesses, personal finance hacks, remote work productivity).
Bonus tip: Use SEO tools like Ubersuggest or Ahrefs to find what people are searching for.
2. Monetize Beyond the Platform
Why it works: Platforms like Medium or Substack pay for views, but real income grows when you own your audience.
What to do: Build a newsletter or link to a blog where you can:
Sell digital products (ebooks, templates)
Offer services (coaching, consulting, writing gigs)
Earn through affiliate links
3. Repurpose and Syndicate Content
Why it works: You reach new audiences without reinventing the wheel.
What to do:
Republish your article on Medium, LinkedIn, or Vocal with a canonical link to your original post (to avoid SEO issues)
Turn long articles into Twitter/X threads, Instagram carousels, or YouTube shorts with CTAs that link back
Final Thoughts
Making more money from your writing isn’t just about hitting "publish"—it’s about staying visible and intentional. Platforms like Many Stories, Flipboard, Pinterest, and more give your work a second (and third) life with fresh eyes. Pair that with evergreen content, smart monetization, and consistent repurposing, and you're setting yourself up for long-term earnings.
Don’t just write—circulate. Promote. Profit.
So, over to you—where do you share your articles? Drop a comment and let’s grow together.
