There once was a tiny child by the name of Lily. Lily was a contented, inquisitive, and considerate child. She loved to read, write, and sketch while taking in the beauties of nature. Although Lily’s parents were pleased with her, they frequently worried that she wasn’t as talkative and sociable as other kids her age. Lily was an introvert, a person who prefers alone and requires a lot of alone time to unwind. Although her parents were aware of her introversion, they didn’t fully get it. They encouraged Lily to go to large gatherings and parties because they felt she needed to be more social. But these things frequently left Lily depleted and worn out. Lily had a moment when she thought she couldn’t take it anymore. She started crying and expressing her emotions to her parents.
