As a licensed practitioner and international trainer for the National Federation of Neurolinguistics Programming (NFNLP, USA), Janki possesses a unique blend of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence that highly uplifts excellent improvements in her clients' operational methods. With NLP, she also helps her clients gain insight into their subconscious beliefs and limitations.

Can you share a bit about your journey-what led you to pursue a career in business consultancy, coaching, and NLP?
In my pursuit of happiness in what I do, I realized that I like facilitating, empowering, and transforming people the most.
I found this ikigai in an early stage of my career, and hence, I decided to move to the training and development fraternity from my flourishing sales career.
Even after reaching the top of the corporate career ladder in the training and development field, my zeal to empower others was not satisfied, and that was the "turning point of my life".
My firm's founding vision extends beyond financial objectives.
"We exist to create a transformative impact in people's lives through expert consulting and skill development."
I wanted tools that could help me fulfill my mission, so I used my life lessons and developed my very own solutions (tried & tested) based on the Tri-Intelligences Model. My Tri-Intelligence Model consists of Spiritual, Emotional, and Functional Intelligence, which I then use for my training, coaching, and consulting clients.
I needed a proven psycho-science to perform my Tri-Intelligences model with my clients. Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) provided me with the true path to transforming lives. This is how at-HiQ Consulting came into existence.
Even today also, we are trying and giving our everything to support our clients in their success stories with our unique coaching, consulting, and training solutions.
With 15 years of experience, what are some of the biggest changes you've seen in the corporate world, and how have you adapted your approach?
I have observed three major changes in the corporate world -
Change in customer buying behavior:
The shift in customer buying decisions, particularly among Generation Y (Millennials) and Generation Z (Gen Z), highlights a massive transformation in consumer behavior.
As these generations gain purchasing power, the area for selecting products and services has changed dramatically.
Good-quality products and services used to be sufficient to attract customers. However, for Gen Y and Gen Z, these attributes have become baseline expectations or "hygiene factors."
The current market demands that brands must go beyond mere functionality and start to offer unique experiences that relate emotionally & practically with consumers. This shift indicates that experiential value has become essential to the decision-making process.
Digital Evolution:
We have witnessed a HUGE digital evolution in almost every industry. New ways, such as online purchases, online reviews, and digital payments, have completely changed the landscape of the corporate world.
The impact of stable governance on industrial growth:
The contribution of government towards the growth of industries and commerce has been noteworthy. This has also increased intense competition as many new players have entered the market.
Due to this shift, the "market" now has purely became a buyer's market, with customers at the center of every transaction.
Due to the above changes, our clients were forced to shift from traditional ways of managing business to a customer-centric business approach.
Our solutions are designed to uplift and transform the lives of customers, and hence, we are the best match for them.
What are some unique challenges your clients face, and how does NLP play a role in helping them overcome these obstacles?
The challenges we conquered along with our clients were varying from saturated business growth, low employee productivity, low customer satisfaction, public speaking skills, delayed decision making due to low confidence and much more.
NLP science has helped our clients to first understand their real root causes of the problem. We have crafted holistic solutions using our Tri-Intelligence Model to navigate our clients from the challenges. NLP helped our client to start transformation from unconscious to conscious levels for owners to employees.
As an international trainer with the NFNLP, what key skills or mindsets do you emphasize to your trainees?
I have trained thousands of trainees, from top management to front-line employees, during the last 15 years of my career. Based on my experience, I recommend the following skills and behaviors to be taught for a fulfilling life.
The First Skill
Each aspirant needs to succeed in clearly defined Goals which act as a guiding light on the life journey.
The Second Skill
Networking is the second skill.
Each aspirant should have strong rapport-building skills, which can help you build a big and sustainable business and professional network.
The Third Skill
The third skill is a learning attitude. Learning is a never-ending journey, and failures are milestones of this fruitful journey. Don't hesitate to fail, and keep on trying!
Right Mindset Approach
Practicing mindfulness to remain calm, productive, and meaningful is essential to improve productivity and satisfaction in doing everything.
The science of communication involves using the power of language combined with affirmative body language to influence yourself and others in the desired direction.
How do you integrate NLP techniques into your corporate training sessions, and what results do clients typically see?
Corporate training is focused on expected business results.
The prime challenge of corporates is poor knowledge and skills retention after the training.
NLP tools and techniques can impact the subconscious mind of the participants.
This improves knowledge retention and better implementation of the learnings in practice. This increases employee productivity and reduces employee retention.
What advice would you give to someone looking to incorporate NLP in their personal or professional development?
NLP is not just a psycho-science but a way of life. It helps you gain a clear perspective on the world. It empowers you to take control of your mind and, thereby, your body.
NLP helps you minimize the negative impact of your past on the present and pave the path of a bright future.
It supports you in developing the right combination of a healthy body and a productive mind, which is essential to leading a happy personal and professional life.
What trends or shifts do you foresee in business consultancy and coaching over the next few years? What else would you like our readers to know at this time?
There are rapid changes in the customer buying behavior which is also influencing significant changes in the market.
Regardless of their size, organizations will need external support to gain a new perspective on the business.
Simultaneously, coaching and consulting firms need to shift from traditional consultation methods to result-oriented consultation and coaching methods with digital and psycho-science-based tools.
Coaching and consulting are essential for everyone who wants to overcome limitations and attain desired growth.
Never hesitate to seek support. Remember, if legends like Muhammad Ali or Cristiano Ronaldo need coaches to excel, you, too, need support, which is completely okay.
Lastly, what's the most rewarding aspect of your work, and what motivates you to keep growing in your field?
The most rewarding part of my work is seeing my clients' real transformations. When they first walk through my door, I can see the worry in their eyes and feel their uncertainty. But watching their shoulders relax and genuine smiles replace their anxious expressions - that's what makes my heart full.
Their happiness becomes my happiness, and that's what makes every day meaningful.
