Hannah: Q1. FIRST OFF HI JACE, WOW FOUR YEARS SINCE WE LAST DID AN INTERVIEW CRAZY, YOUR LIFE HAS CHANGED SO MUCH IN THEM YEARS, YOU ARE NOW A PROUD FATHER AND FANTASTIC ONE AT THAT TO TWO LOVELY LITTLE BOYS LIPSTEIN GENE POOL IS STRONG AS THEY ARE YOUR CARBON COPY LITTLE LUCA AND LEO, HOW IS DAD LIFE?

Jac: Dad life has given my life purpose. as most parents recognize, it is very rewarding and challenging at the same time. But I wouldn't have it any other way. I always try to do activities with both my boys to give them memories and in turn, it provides me with amazing memories too.

Hannah: I love that reply, Jace, that is so sweet you're a fantastic father for sure.

Q2. NOW ON YOUR INSTAGRAM @GRUNGYGENTLEMAN YOU HAVE WEEKLY SEGMENTS, WHERE YOU BREAK DOWN YOUR TOP NBA/NFL STYLE PICKS OF THE WEEK IN COLLABORATION WITH BRANDON LONDON FROM THE NEW YORK POST/NYP SPORTS HOW DID THAT COME ABOUT AND WHEN?

Jace: My first segment was in June and it has been an incredible experience. Men’s style is in a golden era and sports style has really taken off. Fans are obsessed with their favorite players and the culture of the game. So covering styles at arenas and stadiums are a natural progression. I am very proud to be a small part of it as a style expert.

Hannah: Great, it’s amazing to see how you break down the styles. I love watching weekly segments. I tune in nearly every week. I can't wait for more. It's awesome, so the next question is a family based style question.

Q3.NOW YOU KNOW YOUR SIBLINGS INSIDE OUT, WHAT PIECE OF CLOTHING WOULD YOU DESIGN FOR EACH OF THEM SEPARATELY SO WHAT WOULD YOU DESIGN FOR SKYLAR WOULD IT BE TOTALLY DIFFERENT TO WHAT YOU WOULD DEIGN FOR MILAN OR WOULD IT BE THE SAME AND WHAT WOULD YOU STYLE FOR BRIELLE, SO STYLISED TO THEM? WHAT PIECE OF CLOTHING WOULD IT BE?

Jace: Skylar: A Top Coat Milan: A Suit and Brielle: A Ballgown

Hannah: Love that, Speaking of your sister brielle that brings me to my next question.

Q4. WOULD YOU EVER LINK UP AND DEVELOP A WOMENS CLOTHING LINE WITH YOUR SISTER BRIELLE EVEN JUST FOR FUN OR SERIOUSLY?

Jace: I can definitely dabble in the women’s clothing space and I have in some instances but I believe my true expertise is in men’s fashion.

Hannah: That's a great reply, stick with what you know hey who knows, one day maybe.

Q5. YOU SAID YOUR WIFE IS YOUR BIGGEST SUPPORTER IN OUR LAST INTERVIEW I BELIEVE THIS STILL TO BE TRUE? WOULD YOU EVER CONSIDER PASSING THE BATTEN DOWN TO THE NEXT LIPSTEIN GENERATION AKA LUCA AND LEO TO TAKE OVER GRUNGY GENTLEMAN WAY INTO THE FUTURE?

Jace: My wife is always my biggest supporter and I am beyond lucky to have her in my life. I love her more than anything. If luca and leo are interested in pursuing what i do for a living, that would be the ultimate honour, But i am totally happy to support whichever direction they choose to go in life, i would do whatever it takes for them to succeed in whatever to do professionally.

Hannah: aww thats sweet from what i see over on instagram you guys are one of the sweetest couples going it's amazing watching your family grow.

Q6.I CAN TELL BY INSTAGRAM YOU LOVE GOLF,WOULD YOU EVER CONSIDER IF EVER ASKED DESIGN/COLLAB WITH TEAM AMERICA FOR THE RYDER CUP OR HAVE YOU EVER BEEN ASKED?

Jace: Designing for The Ryder Cup would be an honour and a dream come true, Ironically The Ryder Cup is being played in september at my home course Bethpage. It is walking distance from my wife’s parents house so I am hoping to attend.

Hannah: I'm sure it will happen for you one day , who knows, and hope you do get to attend and enjoy it. My dad is a big golfing fan and we watch the Ryder Cup religiously.

Q7.ARE YOU PROUD OF WHERE YOU ARE AT AND WHAT YOU HAVE ACCOMPLISHED WITH GRUNGY GENTLEMAN AND HOW DO YOU FEEL NOW COMPARED TO WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED IT BOTH FASHION WISE AND THE MEDIA SIDE OF IT?

Jace: I am never satisfied. Always onto the next and hungry to grow more.

Hannah: You should be so proud, it's a fantastic company, I think it’s incredible but I totally get that and always strive for more and grow more. That's amazing.

Q8. BESIDES THE NBA/NFL AND GOLF IS THERE ANY OTHER SPORTS YOU ARE INTERESTED IN?

Jace: I love baseball and have a huge appreciation for hockey and soccer.

Hannah: Awesome i love watching baseball it's such a fun game to watch i think.i went to a sports college so i appreciate all sports

Q9. WHAT IS YOUR NORMAL DAILY ROUTINE, DO YOU HAVE A REGIMENTED ROUTINE, LIKE STRICT OR USUAL GO WITH THE FLOW DAY TO DAY?

Jace: My day begins at 5am. I have an automatic alarm clock. My children haha, I work from the second I wake up until I fall asleep. As far as work routine goes, as a business owner everyday is different because I have a lot of responsibilities. My only break is dropping and picking up my oldest son Luca from school.

Hannah: Aww, that's sweet, I can imagine it being very different business wise day to day.

Q10.BEING FROM NEW YORK, WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THINGS TO DO IN NEW YORK LIKE WHERE DO YOU LIKE TO GO AND WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT BEING A NEW YORKER.

Jace: New York vs The World is a real thing. There is an incredible pride being a New Yorker, it’s indescribable. We don’t have an ordinary arena, we have The World's Most Famous Arena. Everything is the best of the best. From a style perspective it’s beyond special. Yes, you will find very stylish people all over the place. But what is more unique is you might pass someone in the street that completely is not even trying to look cool and you witness something that you incorporate into your own style. It’s a melting pot of success and it’s contagious.

Hannah:Wow you are one proud New Yorker....I can't wait to be there in March I know I'm gonna love it. And will be sure looking out for the fashion on the streets.

Q11. OK AS MUCH AS I KNOW YOU LOVE YOUR CAREER HERE IS A FUN QUESTION FOR YOU.WHO OUT OF ANY OF YOUR SIBLINGS WHO WOULD YOU SWAP CAREERS WITH EVEN JUST FOR A DAY OR EVEN A WEEK AND WHY?

Jace: My sister is a phenomenal teacher and helping children succeed is what life is all about. I give her a lot of credit for her dedication and patience.

Hannah: Awww teachers are phenomenal, they shape the minds of the young people, you must be a proud big brother I know I would be.

Q12. NOW MY NEPHEW STILL HAS HIS QUOTE YOU GAVE HIM FOR HIS 18TH BIRTHDAY CRAZY HE'S 23 THIS YEAR IT'S STILL ON HIS DESK HE'S TRYING HIS HARDEST AND IS MOTIVATED BY IT. BUT WHAT WOULD YOU SAY TO THE NEXT UP AND COMING GENERATION OF FASHION DESIGNERS?

Jace: I am pretty consistent in my approach. I am very cognizant that there is so much incredible talent out there. That is not in my control. But what is in my control is my work ethic. I will never allow anyone to outwork me. Excuses are for losers and hard work is up to yourself. Work, work, work.
