At 33, Ivan Bosnjak has already carved out a reputation as one of Italy’s most disciplined digital strategists. As co-founder and CEO of Beconcept, he has grown a boutique agency into one of Italy’s fastest-expanding players, reporting just over €1.04 million in 2024 revenue, a ~29% CAGR since 2020, and a roster of clients spanning Europe, the U.S., and the Middle East. In this interview, Bosnjak shares his philosophy, his process, and his vision for what comes next.

Q: Beconcept crossed €1 million in revenue in 2024. What does that milestone represent to you?

Ivan Bosnjak: It’s a threshold that validates the discipline we’ve applied since day one. We’re a 21-person, strategy-first studio, and the numbers put us among the top 3% of Italian agencies by turnover. But more importantly, they prove that noise isn’t necessary discipline and measurable results are what endure.

Q: Your methodology is often described as more “engineer’s playbook” than “agency brochure.” Can you explain that?

Ivan Bosnjak: Every engagement follows a strict sequence: Analysis → Strategy → Roadmap → Go-to-Market → Scaling. Each contract is tied to milestones, KPIs, and a shared Gantt, with regular reporting that makes accountability clear. Creativity is essential, but sequence and measurement are what compound over time. Clients don’t want hype; they want clarity.

Q: That clarity seems to resonate strongly with founders and operators. Why do you think that is?

Ivan Bosnjak: Founders and operators think in dashboards. They want to see what can be inspected, budgeted, and tuned in real time. Our sequencing reduces risk and surfaces the leverage points where impact will be most disproportionate. That’s why nearly one in four e-commerce projects we’ve managed in the last three years has doubled revenue.

Q: Beconcept’s growth has been impressive, from €376,000 in 2020 to €1,044,000 in 2024. What enabled that trajectory?

Ivan Bosnjak: It’s compounding credibility. We manage over €3M in annual ad spend, maintain partnerships across Meta, Google, Woo, Stripe, and Iubenda, and deliver measurable outcomes. That consistency brought recognition: multiple Site of the Day awards, and even an invitation to Meta HQ in a session limited to just eight agencies. Growth followed because the work spoke for itself.

Q: You’ve advised brands like Rio Mare, Loro Piana, Land Rover, and Valentino Rossi. How do you balance high-profile projects with your focus on measurable results?

Ivan Bosnjak: We don’t chase logos for publicity. Confidentiality matters. What drives us is outcomes. Whether it’s a luxury fashion house or a regional retailer, the same rigor applies: analysis first, strategy second, measurable impact as the output.

Q: Beyond Beconcept, you’re also involved in ventures like Fasto and Luc.ia. How do those fit into your larger vision?

Ivan Bosnjak: They reinforce the same narrative: make impact measurable.

  • Fasto Srl is modernizing luxury supercar rentals with a fully digital, AI-assisted platform. It’s set for a public launch in Q4 2025 and already registered as an EU trademark.
  • Luc.ia Srl is a SaaS platform for SMEs, helping CFOs and entrepreneurs turn real-time data into forward-looking decisions. We had nearly ten paying customers within the first three months.

Both ventures show that the same principles of clarity, sequencing, and accountability apply beyond agency work.

Q: People often describe you as methodical, candid, and practical. How do you see your own leadership style?

Ivan Bosnjak: My approach is simple; If a tactic doesn’t serve the strategy, the answer is “no.” Leadership, for me, is about staying disciplined and making sure both the team and the client know exactly where we are, what’s next, and why it matters.

Q: Looking ahead, where do you see Beconcept and yourself in the next five years?

Ivan Bosnjak: Beconcept will continue refining its role as a strategy-first digital partner, with a European backbone and selective projects in the U.S. and Middle East. Personally, I’ll keep building systems that scale, whether inside Beconcept, Fasto, or Luc.ia. The constant is the same: strategy is the shortest path between an objective and a measurable result.

Closing Thoughts

Ivan Bosnjak’s journey is a study in discipline over flash. From €376,000 in 2020 to €1,044,000 in 2024, from advising global brands to quietly doubling client revenues, his trajectory shows what happens when creativity is matched with precision and accountability. At 33, Entrepreneur Ivan Bosnjak has already proven that boutique scale doesn’t mean boutique impact. As the market increasingly rewards clarity over noise, Beconcept and its methodical CEO, appear well-positioned to keep compounding credibility, one measurable milestone at a time.
