If you're looking for inspiration from a self-made powerhouse who refuses to play by the rules, Jennifer T.'s story is one you won't want to miss.

Your work spans the medical field, beauty, entertainment, artist management, and even the culinary world. How do you approach building multiple businesses while ensuring each one reflects your personal brand?

Just by loving whatever business ideas that I bring to the table! Any business I/we have it's never just to make money from it , it's because one of us have a passion in that so that's always the importance of any brand because when you love what you do , it shows 100%

Your ability to connect with people and build a community is a standout quality. What's your secret to creating meaningful and lasting relationships in business?

Just being a great person for real! Character is the glue to having a lasting relationship whether it's in business or personal and if you don't have that then it shows in your business and or personal relationship.

With so many accomplishments under your belt, what's a challenge you're currently working through that people might not expect?

Being a little bit more open with certain things! I got to get out of my own way and I'm definitely working on that… I've just always been a private person.

Your upcoming restaurant venture is an exciting next step. If your restaurant could tell a story with its atmosphere and menu, what would that story be?

Well we're definitely working on different ideas when it comes to the menu and the vibes of the establishment but haven't quite decided yet on which approach we want to take as of yet! Be back soon with those answers lol.

In business and entertainment, adaptability is key. What's the biggest shift in the industry that you've had to navigate, and how did you turn it into an opportunity?

Well, going from the medical field to business and entertainment the biggest shift I had to navigate through is that in this entertainment industry people are not your friend! Everything is just that !! Business… and also knowing and or accepting the fact not everyone is going to want, receive and or help , definitely not help, because everyone is so competitive and think you're trying to take their spot, stepping on their toes, or stealing their clientele or just whatever the case maybe ! But it's not all bad though! So I don't want to give off that impression either but you definitely gotta let it be known what you stand on!!

Resilience is a recurring theme in your story. What’s a personal mantra or affirmation that keeps you going on tough days?

My daily affirmation and motto for myself is anything that’s given isn’t earned! Daily reminder for myself to always work hard and do my best in whatever comes my way!

What’s next? Any major projects, collaborations, or surprises on the horizon that you can share with us?

Of course, Stay tuned!
