David Guo is the co-founder and CEO of Top Games Inc. Prior to founding Top Games Inc., he had over 25 years of experience in software and game development, cybersecurity, user experience (UX), game theory, and API design.

Looking back on his opportunity to enter the industry, he said that before joining the game industry, he was just a game player. He found that many game companies did not pay attention to user experience and satisfaction. He hoped to avoid repeated bad experiences through data science. So he decided to join Top Games and serve as CEO, leading game workers to design games from the perspective of players. Guo said their goal is to do their best to create a good gaming experience and cultivate a lasting community. This can in turn further enhance the UX.
