One night, under a cloudy sky, the entire city was silent. Zeenat and her friends, Sumi, Rimi, and Shohel, decided to visit an old mansion. It was said that a family once lived there, but they all mysteriously died. There were rumors that strange events inside the mansion had caused no one to stay there for long.

They weren’t afraid, in fact, they wanted to challenge themselves. They arrived at the mansion at night. It seemed eerily quiet, old, and abandoned, but there was an unspoken beauty in it as well. The wind blew through the windows, and once inside, they felt the atmosphere was oddly different.

“Some strange things happened here,” Sumi said, building suspense.

“Yeah, I know. But nothing will happen,” Rimi replied with a laugh.

After exploring the mansion, they decided to stay the night. The walls of the rooms were broken, but each room had its own strange flaw. However, everything went silent. Shohel started taking more pictures. On the screen of his camera, he saw strange faces—figures that didn’t seem like any of them. There was a woman, standing with a strange smile on her face. In panic, they tried to delete the picture, but the flashlight grew brighter, and then, a strange scream echoed.

“This is nothing,” Rimi said, trying to stay calm.

But at that very moment, in the height of fear, they saw— a black shadow slowly approaching them. A woman in white clothing was steadily moving toward them, and behind her, a strange shimmer seemed to flicker. They backed away, but the door had been locked. They ran to the window to escape, but just then, the woman stood right before them.

After a moment of stillness, the woman suddenly began laughing in an eerie tone. Shohel trembled all over, and Rimi kept her eyes closed, staring into the distance.

“This… what is this?” Sumi screamed, her eyes filled with terror.

Behind them, no one was left except for the three of them. The woman stared at them continuously, and then, with a strange laugh, slowly vanished. The mansion returned to complete silence.
