The ZAORCH team celebrates 100K YouTube subscribers.

Last Tuesday, the ZAORCH YouTube team, joined by its director and spiritual mentors, came together in a warm, celebratory setting to mark a symbolic milestone: reaching 100,000 subscribers on YouTube.

Founded in 2024, ZAORCH has grown into a unique cultural platform, combining artistic productions, creative projects, and volunteer-led social initiatives with a clear mission: to use art as a language for connection, identity, and transformation.

The gathering reflected just that — an evening filled with authenticity, projected memories, shared emotion, and the symbolic presence of the YouTube Silver Creator Award, passed from hand to hand with reverence and joy.

“This milestone isn’t about popularity — it’s about connection. What we’ve built isn’t just an audience, it’s a community,” said Domenique Heidy, founder of ZAORCH. “We’ve always aimed to create something that made sense — and made people feel.”

With over 230 videos produced in just one year, ZAORCH has maintained a consistent and impactful rhythm, blending physical theater, dance, visual storytelling, musical performances, and sensory exhibitions. Alongside that, the team has carried out numerous volunteer projects and socially impactful actions, engaging communities often overlooked in traditional artistic spaces.

“We’ve seen women and men find their voices again. Children, youth, and families discover new ways to express themselves. Art opens doors where there were once walls,” Domenique shared.

The channel’s growth was entirely organic — with no paid advertising. The strength behind ZAORCH’s expansion has been the genuine engagement from its audience and the integrity of its content. That same audience now embraces the group’s most recent and surprising release.

As part of a new phase, ZAORCH has launched two new content series, including its most unexpected project: the original podcast “Estrelas de Dentro” (“Stars Within”), which debuted less than a week ago with the episode “O Guarda-Chuva que Guardava Estrelas” (“The Umbrella That Held Stars.”) The response was immediate — over 2,700 views and heartfelt reactions from a growing listener base.

“We’re still processing the impact. We knew it was special, but we didn’t expect such strong feedback so quickly,” said Domenique. “It’s something new, sensitive — and we’re asking the public to walk alongside us by sharing, following, and rating. Every gesture matters.”

The podcast expands ZAORCH’s creative universe by offering an intimate, narrative space — while preserving the same aesthetic and emotional depth already known from its videos, performances, and exhibitions. It marks the beginning of a new phase, with original formats, collaborations, and boundary-breaking artistic approaches.

The evening ended with heartfelt simplicity: a symbolic dinner among team members, mentors, and collaborators, where gestures and words carried just as much meaning as the milestone itself. During the event, director Domenique Heidy presented a heartfelt open letter to the group, written specifically for that moment. Her message — filled with gratitude and vision — resonated deeply with each person.

What followed was an emotional time of sharing, with a series of thoughtfully chosen questions that sparked vivid memories: backstage stories, challenges overcome, first rehearsals, personal words exchanged, and deep bonds formed. There were tears, laughter, and reflective silences, as if each participant relived a year of transformation in just a few minutes.

At the center of the table, the YouTube silver play button passed from one hand to another — but the true brilliance came from the faces of those who knew they had helped build something unforgettable. In a world driven by trends and algorithms, ZAORCH stands as an exception: loyal to art, loyal to people, and loyal to the invisible force that truly moves us.

That's quite an achievement for ZAORCH! Reaching 100k subscribers without paid ads is impressive. Their focus on connection through art is great. I like how they blend different art forms in their videos. It makes for diverse content. And starting a podcast is a bold move. Wonder how they'll keep the momentum going. Do you think they'll be able to maintain the same level of authenticity as they grow?
