I didn't know it was that dangerous when I lived with Alexandra, her apartment was crammed with expensive furniture, paintings, antique books, and jewelry. She seemed to always be hiding things and had thick curtains drawn all around the windows. I started wondering if she was a thief or if she was just very eccentric. After she moved out, I found out that all this expensive furniture, paintings, and antiques had come from her family's estate. She seems to love them and has been collecting them for years. The tape on the windows helps her to keep from getting sunburnt.

Mom, I wasn't kidding when I said there's something wrong with Alexandra's neighborhood. Her apartment is crammed full of expensive furniture and collectibles, and all the windows are heavily taped up. I don't know who this person is, or where all this stuff came from, but I'm scared she might be a thief.

Don't believe what I'm saying? Fine, then show me your proof. Go ahead and explain to me where all this money comes from, and why you're wearing a scarf at night. You're clearly not just some average girl, so tell me who you really are.

I had never been to Alexandra's apartment, so I was scared when my mother unexpectedly showed up there. She told me that Alexandra lived in a dangerous neighborhood and that all of her expensive furniture, paintings, and jewelry were from over 100 years ago. She said that she thought I might be a thief, so I tape all of the windows shut to keep out the sun. My mother told me that I would be a queen on Alexandra's farm, but right then it just felt like a slap in the face. I don't want an ordinary life with a French farmer husband - I want my vampire! Hey baby, where are you going? Come on, have some fun with me. Every time you pull away from me, it's like you're playing hard to get. Trust me. Be careful being outside at night - oh no! Who knows who might be lurking there? And by the way, Alexandra...I really am wearing a scarf.

I know you loved me

yes

but your life will never be the same i

can give anything to someone i love

even to give up a house on a sunny coast

then we can go to alaska

it's night i have fear there and

no sun at all

i'm afraid we will still need a sun

what for

so you can see how it reflects on your

finger jones i promise to love you forever

will you marry me

but i can't live forever

i'm not a vampire

we can always fix that so

right here don't know how to think anymoreI didn't know it was that dangerous when I lived with Alexandra, her apartment was crammed with expensive furniture, paintings, antique books, and jewelry.
