Top 10 Reasons Bruce Lee May Have Been Superhuman
Superhuman

Dragon Flag Bruce Lee was a fitness fanatic; according to his widow, Linda Lee, there was not a moment when Bruce did not work (the guy watched television and did full separations). Of all the muscles in the body, Lee was most concerned with building his core because he believed that the core (abdominal area) was used in almost every movement, so it was very important in martial arts. To improve his nuclear power, Lee invented what is now known as the Dragon Flag in his honor. If you haven't already guessed, this is considered one of the hardest core exercises. Because Lee didn't interfere. Stallone may have caught people's attention with his Rocky 4 move, but Lee took it to the next level when he was said to be able to lean his entire body on the edge of a bench with only his shoulder touching anything and the rest of his body remaining completely rigid and flat on the ground. Imagine for a moment that you had to fight Lee and heard all these rumors about him, only to see him floating in the air. You'd run away from that set so fast you'd explode in time for the movie premiere where he kicks your buttocks.

Catching Rice with Chopsticks Remember the scene in The Karate Kid where Pat Morita caught a fly with chopsticks? Yes, Bruce Lee surpassed that. It was said that Bruce was so eager to sharpen his reflexes that he threw rice in the air and tried to catch it on the way down. Because being able to react to a piece of rice going right down the line is clearly the best way to prepare for big guys trying to hit you. Martial arts! Although it seemed impractical, the skill and dexterity required to perform such a feat meant that his hands had to constantly clench into fists around women to keep his hips off his body and instinctively run towards her. Probably.

He was too strong for ordinary, heavy bags. Lee used a lot of custom-made exercise equipment during his time, usually created just for him by his close friend James Lee. Some of these were done at Lee's own request; others were built out of sheer necessity. Lee's heavy bag is an example of the latter. From an unknown source, Lee's custom heavy bag literally made fun of others due to its large size. Standard heavy-duty bags weigh about 70 pounds, while some weigh 150 pounds. Lee weighed three hundred kilogrammes. And it was full of terrible metal. Not because he showed off, but because he literally couldn't use a lighter, non-metallic one without breaking it. There are conflicting and often confusing stories that claim Lee could kick a heavy bag through the ceiling. Although he may never have done it, he whipped the guy too hard with a whip. Seriously.

One finger puffs. One-Arm Pull-Ups How many push-ups could you do right now? If the answer is anything other than "so many balls think I'm trying to mate with it," then you're just not living up to Bruce Lee's standards. When she was younger, Lee liked to show off in the gym. And one of his favorite tricks was the one-finger push. It's exactly what it sounds like, and Bruce did it to prove he could. What's your party trick? I bet it looks pretty boring now, doesn't it? Bruce's immense strength wasn't limited to just his fingers either; he could also do one-arms; some sources claim he could drop 50 like it didn't matter. Of course, this ability was not unique to Bruce, but the fact that he did it just because he could makes you proud to live in a world where his biceps existed.
6.
one-inch punch This is one of Lee's most famous acts, and it's no surprise why. Lee was able to muster so much power in his arms that he could knock down a grown man from less than an inch away. It's such an impressive feat that scientists dug into the brains of martial artists to see how such a thing is even possible. There's even rare footage of Lee hitting a one-inch shot on a wooden board, probably just so those watching at home know where the trees are. And there are stories of him using it for inner-city school students because Bruce valued teaching the next generation. First lesson: don't mess with him.
5.
You literally couldn't beat him. Bruce Lee, being a huge star famous for being really good at fighting people, naturally spent a lot of time challenging people to street fights because people in the 70s were shockingly stupid. The fights almost always ended the same way, and Bruce shrugged because there was no point in fighting random passersby. Sometimes, however, the challengers simply insisted, and so Bruce had to go wrong. There were three verified times in his life when Lee was challenged to a fight, and none of his opponents could even hit him. He was just too fast. When Bruce was challenged on the set of Enter the Dragon, he demolished his opponent, deftly dodging every punch and locking him against a wall. Then he lifted him up and taught him a lesson. Although I don't understand the logic of teaching a guy who starts random street fights how to beat people up better, I will not question it because one day I will be dead and I will have to justify my decision to Lee and his army of spirits.

He could grab the coin from your hand and replace it with another coin. Lee's speed is so legendary that most cheetahs have a photo of him on their walls, and Usain Bolt has to watch his movies in slow motion. One of Lee's most impressive feats of speed was his ability to grab a coin from your hand. Standard protocol is for Lee to put a coin in your hand and then stand a few feet away. He then told you to close your palm as soon as you saw him move. When you saw Bruce Lee's motion blur, you snapped your hand and felt the circular object. But your satisfaction would only last until your next sight was of Lee smiling as he held your coin, only to open your hand to see another coin Lee placed there in less than a second. That was usually the last thing most fans saw before their heads exploded in frustration. Not surprisingly, Lee died young; he clearly experienced time twice as fast as normal people.
3.
He was too fast for the cameras on set. It is an often repeated fact that Lee's movements were too fast for the cameras to capture, so the filming had to be slowed down. Well, there is some truth to that. Somehow, people seem to miss the coolest part. When this issue first arose, Lee was on the set of the movie Green Hornet, where he claimed that all the fight scenes showed him standing while people fell in front of him. For whatever reason, the show's producer didn't like the idea of a sidekick with magical mind powers, so he asked Lee to tone it down, which he did, creating a blurb instead. Lee was so fast that he had to slow down for blurry vision at first. This is the first time the term has been used for anything other than binge eating.

Once, he hit a man with a shoulder tap. If you want to claim that someone has superhuman powers, it makes sense to show that they are completely superior to the average person. But since this is Bruce Lee, what if he was better than a class of highly trained martial artists? That said, Bruce needed special training equipment that could handle his strength. However, he sometimes trained with people stupid enough to be within striking distance of Bruce Lee. By the way, this distance was also known as the country where Bruce Lee currently lived. In one such case, Bruce was observed dislocating a man's arm during training. Confronted by Bruce, he was really confused when he said it was "more of a slap than a punch". Just read it back: Bruce was so much stronger than normal people that he could move their shoulders with what he thought was a light blow. What happened when he hit someone with full force? Very…

His kicks literally sent people flying. For all his strength and training, Bruce Lee rarely showed his true strength. Mainly because, as shown, he could hurt people if he stood too close. However, Bruce had one trick he wanted to use. One of Lee's most prized possessions was his practice shield, which he is said to have carried with him everywhere. One of his favorite "brothers" had to make people hold that sign and have him kick them. When he was alive, the gravediggers had words pre-engraved on the tombstones, just in case. The power he put into each punch varied, but what was remarkable was that he could easily lift people into the air with one punch. If you can make other people escape Earth's gravity just by kicking them, it's only a matter of time before God notices you and brings you to heaven as his personal bodyguard.
