Sad childhood

When I was five years old, I followed my father to the mountains and fields. By the time I was 11, I was harvesting rice. After my sister was admitted to college, to provide for my sister to go to college, I also took the adults to do the work. Although my father was distressed, he was still very happy. He often said that my daughter was smart, but she did not like reading. I do not like reading but seeing so bitter home, just want to help my father share.
Perhaps it was a trick of God that, just when things were getting better at home, my father suddenly fell ill, mentally ill. The dream of starting a business
When I was 14, I was taken away by my relatives to work. I used to carry mortar on construction sites, and the work was so hard that my shoulders often swelled under the weight of the load. But it takes a month to earn a few dozen yuan. When I was 15, I went to Guilin to work as a nanny. My host's family runs a hair salon, so in my spare time, I go to her shop to help. Although I don't like the hair-cutting business, I know that this society can hardly survive without craftsmanship. I forced myself to learn. At that time, I often went to the work site of the villagers to cut their hair for free. After a few months, I became the shop's right-hand man, and the owner let me stay in the shop.
Because I did not like this industry, after a few years, I went to Wenzhou with my friends to work. When I first started working as a waiter in a restaurant, it was a drop in the bucket. I had no choice but to resume my job. Life is not bad. But the quiet days have been shattered by a Wenzhou man. His sister owns a hardware store, and I learned to make engineering vibrators from her. After continuous improvement, the quality of my vibrators was so good that in two years I helped him make hundreds of thousands of dollars. But the next thing broke my heart because I couldn't have a baby properly, and he tried to get me to leave.
Survival became my primary concern. I knew the vibrator industry had great potential for development, and I deeply identified this industry. I wanted to start my own business, but I could not afford the start-up capital, even though it was only a few tens of thousands of yuan.
At my most helpless moment, I thought of my family and asked for their support, but it turned out that they were strongly against me starting a business. I could not be reconciled and cried in my room for several days. Then I thought that no one could help me but myself. I had to pull myself together. I had to survive. Wiping away my tears, I made a few calls to my old vibrator customers, asking them to start a vibrator factory with me. A tough startup
My efforts have not been recognized by the partners. As far as they were concerned, they were paying more, I was paying less, and all I was selling was labor (they were paying 60%, I was paying 40% in a joint venture). And even though I was getting a cut of 40% of the profits. After 10 months of this partnership, they decided to strike out on their own. By four points, I get 50 grand. Although SUCH A RESULT IS EARLY IN MY EXPECTATION, I did not think of them unexpectedly putting forward unreasonable conditions: after I separate, Yongkang market I can not set foot on, they just give me 50 thousand yuan.

They were very cunning, so they came up with another trick, I put up a sum of money, and I will own the factory. They know I can't afford that kind of money. This standoff lasted several days, and finally, the matter was fairly resolved with the participation of the police station. We agreed that my share of the profits should belong to me. All the customers I developed when we cooperated to set up the factory should belong to me. The customers in arrears should also belong to me.
I began to ask for accounts one by one, at that time, the importance of the money to me can be imagined. However, the partner wanted to drive me out of the Yongkang market. When he broke up with the partner, he said that all the customers in arrears belonged to me, so he tried to lure my customers to the market by lowering the price. In this case, a client who owed me $16,000 knew it was an opportunity and asked me to teach them how to make vibrators so that they would pay me back the money they owed me. In the absence of any other way, I had to bend over backward and agree.
This venture mostly failed, but it taught me lessons that will last me a lifetime.
On August 1, 2005, I invested all my accumulated capital to establish Shenxin Vibrator Company. I thought, whether I succeed or not, I'm going to fight.
In the beginning, due to insufficient funds and no product book, I took my business card to the local hardware market for distribution. To open the market, the product is given to customers as a free trial before they pay for it if they use it well. In this way, we finally rely on sincerity and excellent product quality knock on the door of the market. Later, many merchants saw that our products sold well, bypassing agents directly to our factory to ask for goods. To protect the interests of our old customers, we refused them outright. In this way, the enthusiasm of the agents has been greatly mobilized. Some of them have reached long-term cooperation agreements with us, and some even go out to run the market by themselves. In this way, with the joint efforts of everyone, the company's annual sales exceeded 800,000 yuan in the first year
