Blinking and Brain Activity
Humans blink 15 to 20 times each minute, spending about 10% of their awake time with their eyes closed. Blinking not only keeps our eyes moist but also serves as a mini reset button for the brain, helping to refresh our vision and attention.
Thought Processes
We have around 35 to 48 thoughts per minute, influenced by our experiences, emotions, and environment. Brain cells, or neurons, communicate via electrical charges and neurotransmitters, creating a wave of signals that form our thoughts.

Every calorie consumed is converted into energy, with 2,000 daily calories transforming into nearly 6,000 joules per minute.
