Objective: To provide a resume-style, strengths-assessment for submission to Rick Henry Christopher’s ‘Self-Appreciation’ Challenge.

Special Ability: To uplift others with SFE vibes. SFE stands for (S)illiness, (F)aith🦁✝️, and (E)ncouragement.

Special Hidden Talents:

• Can effectively roast the shadiness off of the ‘Oh Jeffs’ of the world! 🤣
• Can effectively inhale a boatload of 'Ahh Suki Suki' cookies in one setting! 🤣

Strengths:

• Silliness-This trait should be evident in certain portions of this piece! 😁
• Righteous Sass- She's led by Christ and doesn't come out to play very often, unless she is sorely needed, but just between me and you she can get someone who is out-of-pocket all-the-way together verbally if and when she needs to! Lol 🤣
• Super-Glue-Like Tenacity- Sometimes I have to pry my own hand off of an endeavor and say: "Tiff, let it go and go get some shut-eye!" Lol 🤣
• Compassion-I truly care about other people and their needs. 🥰
• Truthful-I am all about seeking and speaking truth. It guides me, inspires me, strengthens me, and impresses me. It is like a chocolate milkshake for the soul. I love it! 🥰
• A great minder-of-my-own-business-I love meeting new people and learning about others, but I don't like to pry. If a person wishes to open up to me, I am all for it, but I don't enjoy minding other people's business. The world would be a more peaceful place if busy-bodied folks learned to stay in their own lane and to direct their own traffic. 😉
• Extremely Creative- A few examples of my creativity can be found in my writing style, personal style, and my personal lingo. On the writing front, I have fun using my imagination to create Barbie stories on Vocal. In these stories I have a tribe of rambunctious Barbie doll children that I rear. Creating these stories along with styling my Barbie dolls has become quite the fun pastime for me over the last few years. As far as my personal style goes, my creativity always shows up when I am customizing my kicks and creating bleach designs on some of my clothes. I call it 'Tifferizing' them! My creativity also often bursts forth in my lingo; I really enjoy creating new words. For instance, when I was 19, instead of calling myself slender, I would call myself 'stickly'. I guess the word 'stickly' was my equivalent to the word twigish! Lol 🤣   
• Comforting- I've always had "Mama Bear" energy and loved to nurture/comfort others even as a child. Maybe it's because I am a Zodiac Cancer, and we are the “Mothers” of the Zodiac. 🥰
• Resilient- A.k.a I can take a lickin’ and keep on tickin’! For example, I've been battling two non-life-threatening autoimmune conditions for 25 years and am still thriving spiritually and seeking out new healing therapies each year. In fact, in addition to growing in God each year, I have had some improvement with my health over the years, most recently when I froze my kneecaps off while trying cryotherapy last fall! 😆
• Genuine/Unfake- I am not good at wearing a mask or pretending. My emotions will shine through whether they be rainy, stormy or sunny. I really adore authenticity and would gladly take it everyday like a vitamin if I could. 🥰

Self-improvement seems to be the overarching theme in society these days, but self-love and strengths-based exercises are equally important because they feed the heart, mind, and spirit.

In today's tense climate, sometimes our spirits need to take a break from the chaos and negativity that they encounter in this world. And what better way to reclaim our centers than to focus on our strengths and what is going right in our lives?

I hope that you guys will consider submitting to this challenge because, let me tell you, completing it is akin to receiving a warm hug on a rough day from your best friend.
