Spending Seven Hours by the Sea
A peaceful and simple day spent beside the sea, where nature brings rest and joy.

Arman woke up early in the morning. The sun was just starting to rise, and the sky was filled with soft orange and pink colors. The city was still quiet. Arman felt that this was the perfect day to visit the sea. He needed a break from his busy life. He wanted to breathe the fresh sea air, listen to the sound of the waves, and let his heart rest.
He packed a small bag. Inside, he put a bottle of water, some bread, cheese, apples, and a book he had wanted to read for a long time. He also took his phone to take pictures, but he planned not to use it too much. Today was about peace, not about screens or calls.
When Arman reached the sea, he stood still for a few minutes. The sea stretched out before him, wide and blue. The waves came in softly, touching the sand and going back again. The breeze smelled fresh and salty. He took a deep breath and smiled. This was exactly what he needed.
The First Hour: A New Beginning
Arman found a large flat rock to sit on. From there, he could see the waves, the birds flying above, and people walking along the beach. He closed his eyes and listened to the sounds around him. The soft crash of the waves, the call of the seagulls, and the gentle wind filled his ears. All his stress from the week slowly began to fade away.
He opened his book and started reading. The words felt alive, as if the sea was helping him understand the story better. The sunlight warmed his back, and he felt at peace.
The Second Hour: A Walk on the Sand
After reading for a while, Arman decided to take a walk. The sand felt soft under his feet. The cool water touched his toes as he walked along the edge of the sea. He bent down to look at shells, tiny stones, and seaweed that the waves had brought in. He kept a few small shells in his pocket as a memory of the day.
He passed families building sandcastles, children running and laughing, and fishermen checking their nets. Everyone seemed happy. The sea had a way of making people forget their problems, even for a short time.
The Third Hour: A Simple Meal
The sun was higher now, and the day was getting warmer. Arman found a small tree that gave a bit of shade. He sat under it and took out his food. The bread was soft, the cheese salty, and the apples sweet. As he ate, he watched the waves and the people around him. A dog ran up and down the beach, barking happily. A group of friends played volleyball not far away. The air was filled with laughter and the sound of the ball hitting the sand.
The Fourth Hour: Rest and Thoughts
After eating, Arman lay down on the sand. He looked up at the sky. The clouds moved slowly, making shapes that changed every moment. He saw a cloud that looked like a ship, then one that looked like a fish. The sea breeze touched his face, cool and soft.
His mind felt free. He thought about his life, his dreams, and the people he loved. He felt thankful for this quiet time. He promised himself to come back to the sea more often.
The Fifth Hour: Exploring the Rocks
When Arman stood up, he noticed some large rocks at the far end of the beach. He decided to explore. He climbed carefully, looking at the small pools of water between the rocks. In these pools, he saw tiny fish, crabs, and colorful sea plants. It was like a secret world, hidden away where few people looked.
He sat on one of the big rocks, listening to the waves crashing below. The sound was louder here, stronger. He felt small in front of the power of the sea, but also safe, as if the sea was a friend that would always be there.
The Sixth Hour: The Beauty of the Evening
The day slowly moved towards evening. The sky began to change color, turning gold, orange, and pink. The sea reflected these colors, making the water look magical. Arman took out his phone and captured a few pictures, but he put it away quickly. No photo could truly show the beauty of the moment.
He walked along the beach again, feeling the cool water against his feet. He saw fewer people now. Some were packing their things, getting ready to leave. Others sat quietly, watching the sunset, just like him.
The Seventh Hour: Saying Goodbye
The air was cooler now, and the light softer. Arman found a rock to sit on one last time. He watched the sun slowly disappear behind the sea. The waves kept coming, soft and steady. The stars began to appear, one by one.
Arman felt peaceful. The seven hours by the sea had given him more than he expected. He felt light, happy, and ready for the days ahead. He stood up, took one last deep breath of the fresh sea air, and started walking home.
As he walked away, he looked back at the sea and smiled. The sea would always be there, waiting for him whenever he needed peace.
