Paul Getty's key

Paul Getty, once known as the richest man in the world, is famous for his unique business and management philosophy. Paul once wanted to select one of his middle managers to be his assistant, so he assigned the task to the personnel Department.

After careful planning and screening, the personnel department submitted a list of candidates to Getty. There are three people on the list, all of whom have a lot of experience and can stand on their own two feet, which makes it difficult for Getty to decide. As he spoke, Getty shook the keys in his hand and dropped them into the vase with a clatter. Getty quickly picked up the vase and poured out the key.
