Newsflash: Shadow Work is NOT Essential

Shadow work is not essential for spiritual ascension or twin flame reunification. Let’s explore this viewpoint in more depth. It can’t hurt, and it can enhance your earthly existence, but it is not necessary for ascension or reunion with your twin flame. No where in the sacred texts is this mentioned or any instructions like that. It is purely a 3D construct.
