There was an ant in one company. He entered the office at 9 a.m. every day. Then he would immediately sit down for work without wasting time with anyone.

With the amount of work he did, the company would produce a lot and as a result he would live happily ever after.

Singh, the CEO of that office, was surprised to see that this ant was doing a lot of work without any supervision. The lion thought that if the ant was put under someone's supervision, he could do more.

Within days, the lion had hired a cockroach as the ant's supervisor. The cockroach had a long experience as a supervisor, and he could write great reports.

The cockroach first decided that there should be an attendance system in this office.

Within a few days, the cockroach felt that he needed a secretary who would help him write the report. ... He hired a spider to monitor phone calls and keep documents.

The lion watched with great pleasure that the cockroach was giving him an account of his daily work and analyzing them through graphs. As a result, it is easy to get an idea of the trends of production and Singh is getting praise for presenting them in the form of 'presentations' in board meetings.

Within a few days, cockroaches needed a computer and laser printer and formed an IT department to look after them. Fly has been hired as an IT specialist.

Our worker Ant, who used to come to the office every day and return home after doing a lot of work and singing happily, now has to do a lot of paper work, attend various meetings four days a week.

Production began to decline as work was disrupted by these daily disturbances, and he began to get bored.

Singh decided that it was high time to declare the department in which ants work as a separate department and appoint a department head.

The lion appointed the lizard as the head of the department. On the first day, he ordered a comfortable carpet and chair for his room.

Within days, a computer and personal assistant were needed to create a strategic plan for the office. Although the computer was purchased new, he hired a man from his old office as a personal assistant.

Where ants work, it was a wonderful environment. Now no one talks or laughs. Everyone works very diligently.

To improve the situation, singh was convinced that a study titled 'Working environment in the office' had become very important.

Upon review, Singh found that production in the ant category had dropped considerably.

So Singh hired a well-known consultant owl within days to submit an audit report and a way to increase production.

The owl monitored the ant department for three months, talking to everyone one-on-one. Then he submitted a fairly rough report to the lion. The gist of the report is that this office has more staff than it needs. Employees should be laid off.

The following week, several employees were laid off. Tell me, who lost their job in the first place?

That unfortunate ant. "This employee has a severe lack of motivation and is always behaving negatively, which is spoiling the working environment of the office," the owl report said.
