Greeting this is a story about me. Yes, you have read that right. I thought that it would be fun to write something about me. I have written stories about many things for this vocal but not much about myself. I was born in June of 1969.

I was born on a Friday early that morning. It was a rainy day.

Who knew in few a weeks after I was born a man would land on the moon. This was a challenge that President Kennedy would make for the Americans to do. Yes, we did do this. Now to in the year 2021, we are trying to make it back to the moon.

As space grow up I saw many changes to the program and sadness happen in the space project.

I am the sign of twins. My husband would say that I can be both of them some days. I laugh at one. He never knows which will come out during that day.

I was a cute little girl. I had brown eyes. I think that there is a song about a brown eye girl and I know that it was not about me.

What have I seen in my lifetime? I have seen a lot of history.

I was young when the Vietnam War come to it end. Now I have seen Afghanistan War come to it end in recent weeks.

War is should not happen. But we do it anyway. Why!!!

I played in street every day when I was young.

So, I got older I was in the marching band in high school. I got to travel with the marching band.

I love being in the band. It was something most of the kids did in high school. It was like you were a rock star.

My career would be as a firefighter and nurse. At this time of my life, I met my husband. We have been married for over 25 years. This is something that doesn't happen every day. People don't stay married long anymore.

I gave up firefighting when I was going to have a son. I am glad that we had a son to carry on his father's name.

This one son who just turned 24 years. Our son is the bright spot in our marriage.

We have one major move in our life. We moved to Florida 6 years ago.

At that time we packed about 20 years of stuff of memories. Memories of my childhood. It was fun looking through the stuff that we had a collection over the years.

Off the went to Florida for our retirement.

Here it is a different world than the fast pace of New Jersey. We love living here in Florida.

Retirement is some new to me. I don't have to get up and go to work every day. The uniforms I gave to the nurses coming into the new career. I think that is a great gift for people who are starting a new career. Uniforms and shoes can be expensive.

I now spend my days writing my thoughts down and I hope that people read what I have to say in my stories. stories are what I feeling. As long I have my computer or a pen and paper I write.

I also like to coloring in coloring books there is a group that I belong to. We meet every other week. It gives me something to do.

I have done a lot of things being on this earth for over 50 years. You never ask a woman her age.
