Marvin Responds to Being Called a ‘Reality TV Whore'

Recently evicted Big Brother Titans housemate Marvin Achi is one person who upon stepping into the Big Brother house, immediately became a hot topic as people started quickly realizing that the media personality has been in a number of reality TV shows before getting onto Big Brother Titans. Marvin was actually on America's Got Talent, and The Circle before joining Big Brother Titans. Because of this hopping around from show to show, a number of people online branded him with the title of being a 'Reality Tv Whore'.

Now that Marvin is out, he is able to hear the discourse around him and during a new interview with Hot FM, Marvin opened up about his jumping from reality show to reality show. Here is what Marvin Achi had to say about this.

During his interview with Hot FM, Marvin was asked "People refer to you as the 'Reality Tv Whore' because you were on America's Got Talent, you were on The Circle on Netflix, now Big Brother Titans. What is this thing with you and reality TV shows?" He said:

MARVIN: Like, how this all happened, it was it all happened at the same time. Kinda what happened was just doing my regular job as a chemical engineer, that's what I do for work, and it was a thing where that's what I wanted for myself, to be a chemical engineer. But the question I started asking myself was 'no, how do I really impact the world?' 'How do I really give back?' This is what I want for myself as a chemical engineer but what does God want for me. That was my question at the time and that was when I started building my relationship with God. I started praying, and reading the Bible, and all that stuff, and my prayer at that time was 'God, basically tell me what you want from me. Anything'. I'm not telling him like what I want and he can help me with that, no, it was what do YOU want from me?

I did all these shows in the USA, but I have never done anything in Africa which is my hometown. So it was something where like if I could do something for home, like that would be something I really want to do. To be a part of something at home, to come back home and do something at home. I mentioned 'what does God want from me right?' God led me towards everything I've been doing and He is the one that put me in Big Brother Titans.
