Imagine, if you have sincerely helped a person, but are also very optimistic about him, in his failure to seize an important opportunity, you will laugh at him? I think you will only feel sorry for him, you will also want to comfort, and care about him, so your worry about this is superfluous.
Of course, there are always such people in the workplace, when they see that you are not as good as you will laugh at you, and this kind of people will not sincerely help you, they will not let you go in your achievements, as long as you want to laugh at you, they will certainly find your shortcomings, in the face of this situation you are not worried about.
If you want to get down to earth and let yourself grow, you must see which people want you to be good, really in support of you, help you, you have to interact with such people.

How to adjust their mindset?
You can take out a fixed period every day for anxiety. For example, take 40 minutes out of your lunch break to think about what to do if you do not pass the job application, it is best to set an alarm clock, in these 40 minutes think of some keywords to write down. At night, if you find yourself thinking about these things again, you can stop, move around, and discuss them with yourself, you have a fixed time to think about it every day anyway, and ask yourself if you can put it on the next day at noon.
You try to stick to this for a week, put together the things you write every day at noon anxiety, burn, and then you decide, the next week to continue to do this. If you feel the need, then continue, if you feel that forty minutes is not enough, then you can increase the time, if you do not feel the need, but do not rush to stop, it is best to reduce the time to twenty minutes, and gradually stop.
Why would I give you such an idea? Because I found that you use the time for anxiety and time for study mixed, so why not try to devote time to anxiety? For most people, anxiety isn't scary; it's not normal to feel anxious and it's scary to try to get rid of it. When you "respect" your anxiety from the bottom of your heart, your anxiety will not come uninvited.

No matter what you do, the ultimate goal is not to stop being anxious, but to bring your anxiety into a moderate range so that it can be controlled by you and come up when you need it. When you learn to get along with your anxiety, you won't be stuck with it anymore.
You need to relax moderately now that you have enough ability to grasp this opportunity, but if you want to grasp it, you need to adjust your mindset and have a stable state.
