I wake and brew some Blue Bottle Bold Blend Coffee in my mustache mug.

Then I listen to R.E.M.'s, 'Fables of the Reconstruction.'

I journal and post on Vocal, switching to Metallica's, 'Death Magnetic.'

I eat an Everything Bagel with Spero The Herb vegan cream cheese and Everything Seasoning from Trader Joe's. Then I do the dishes listening to Metallica and Lou Reed's, 'Lulu.'

Then I shower with Bourbon, 2-n-1, Head and Shoulders, Shampoo/Conditioner. Then I lather myself with Duke Cannon Buffalo Trace Bourbon Soap and rinse. I then smother myself with body wash: Duke Canon THICK Bourbon Bodywash. After rinsing I rinse my hair. Then I use my Duke Cannon Buffalo Trace Bourbon Plant-Based Beard Wash. I rinse. I dry and comb my red beard with its elegant white streaks.

I put on Axe Apollo Fresh Stick, because they were out of Phoenix.

I heat filtered, water to 203 Degrees Fahrenheit in my black, Fellow EKG Gooseneck Kettle and steep two teaspoons of Hojicha Roasted Green Tea for five minutes in my Mike Wazowski mug. I purchased the tea at The Tea Table online. I highly recommend them.

I put in Big Bourbon Beard Balm and Bourbon Cologne Balm, and then order more beard balm, because I'm almost out.

I listen to Metallica's, 'Hardwired... To Self Destruct.'

I drink a blueberry/spinach smoothie with cinnamon, agave, and protein powder and eat carrots and raw almonds. I brush my teeth and go outside for awhile and check the mail.

I got an email about my SSA. Turns out I was denied for my supplemental Disability, but the other one is still being processed. I'm worried and depressed.

I come in and listen to Julien Baker's, 'Turn Out the Lights.'

I make a freshly ground Crowded Barrel Coffee Co., Send Nubes, Willet Bourbon Barrel-Rested Coffee in my Z's Divine Espresso mug.

I sip and journal, while Shelby exercises.

I can barely walk. I'm so weak and in so much pain. I'm really worried. I take three ibuprofen tablets and sip my coffee. Just trying to take it easy and relax.

Finally I pour a Highland Park 12 Scotch Whisky in my glencairn. I've been lying and sitting most of the day, because I just can't stand or walk for very long. I have trouble even standing for a shower. I look up Shower Chairs on Amazon and there's one for under 50 dollars.

I don't think I could ever be on a set again, standing or walking for 8-15 hours. There's no way. I can barely stand long enough to film Java Junkies. One more episode, and I'm probably going to stop the show until I can at least stand on my own... if that happens. Things are probably just going to get worse from here.

I order Gokoku. I get a roll of Black Dragon Sushi and a mushroom bento box. Shelby gets a thing of rice and a California roll.

We watch Ted Lasso on Apple TV+.
