Ini Edo Cries Out After Losing Yet Another Loved One In Space of Weeks

It was just a little over a week ago, on Valentine's Day, that star Nollywood actress Ini Edo took to social media to make a post about grief and the hard time she's going through dealing with grief, saying:

INI EDO: This season has been one of deep self-reflection—a reminder of how fragile and precious this gift called life truly is. Life is a journey of growth and imperfection, where our emotions shape the stories we tell and the relationships we build.

In recent times, we’ve been reminded of life’s fleeting nature. Loss and uncertainty can feel overwhelming, but they also make every shared moment more meaningful. Love, in all its forms, teaches us resilience and grace. Kindness, through even the simplest acts, connects us in ways we may never fully understand.

None of us are perfect. We all carry our struggles, our pain, and our silent battles. But today, I pray for healing—for myself and for every single one of us navigating this unpredictable life and trying to stay sane through it all.

Your light will come. No matter how many times you fall, you will rise again.

We move… still holding onto gratitude and hope, trusting that God’s mercy will always find us.

I love you. Stay strong. Stay kind. Stay hopeful.

Then, two days ago on the 24th of February, she finally posted the official announcement of her dad's passing after people had been speculating that the posts about loss were about him. She wrote saying:

INI EDO: This post has been the hardest to make… I have lost my greatest cheerleader… My Beloved Father, My first Love ..The Heavens have gained an Angel.😇

You will forever remain in my heart.Rest on King 💔😭

And now today, Ini Edo is making yet another post about mourning after losing yet another loved. Taking to her social media, Ini Edo wrote saying:

INI EDO: I still cannot believe that truly..I am typing this… just a few weeks ago, you were rallying friends for my father’s funeral…. Only to wake up and hear you are gone … Egy this one pain me ooooooooooo rest in the bosom of God my dear friend … I have lost one of the few real friends I’ve ever had 💔😭They say , when it rains , it pours hmmmmmmmm

This is so painful! One loss is painful enough, but then two back to back like this, I can not imagine the pain that Ini Edo is going through. Rest in peace to these men who have departed, and I'm sending so much love and my condolences to Ini Edo at this time.
