Speaking during an Instagram Live about how she has been traumatized after her pageant cycle and hasn't been okay since, Chidinma revealed saying:

CHIDINMA ADETSHINA: I haven't been okay. I've just been in the dark. I don't even come on my Instagram. I think today is the one time I was like let me go live, let me just post. Whatever. I just need to focus on me, and by 2025, I know I'll be fine. By the 1st of January, I know I'll be okay. That's the reason why I've not attended all of these pageantries that have been taking place and all of those things because eh eh eh eh, trauma trauma trauma trauma. It's been a lot of trauma on a realistic level.

Then, also speaking to The Will Downtown about her future plans, Chidinma said:

CHIDINMA ADETSHINA: What’s up for me next is just to focus on myself and just focus on becoming a better version of myself. There are so many things that I would like to work on and one of them is also my education but I feel like every single step that I take I’ll share with people as I have already made such a powerful impact and allowed a lot of people into my space and I will be keeping people up with what is next with me.
