Have you ever felt very tired after talking to someone or listening to a conversation? Have you felt a strong urge to leave the room so that you could end a conversation? These are signs from the universe telling you that you are getting exhausted with an unconscious interaction.

It is completely natural for us to be less communicative or attentive after an intense physical activity. On non active days after holding short conversations with some peers, we might have felt totally “worn out,” or felt like we ran a long marathon. These are signs telling us that the person whom we spoke to, has “drained our energies.”

When a group of people collectively function in an environment with similar unconscious thoughts, speech and actions, we could call this the “collective unconscious plane.”

If you hold higher conscious frequencies, then entering a room full of people functioning with unconscious thoughts, speech and actions, would make you exhausted. A few minutes later….your heart might start telling you that you need to get out of the room fast to protect your mind and emotions from suffocation.

We all have heard that meditation builds great qualities like love, gratitude, compassion, peace, sensitivity and much more. Among these qualities, sensitivity gives us the most amazing ability in identifying foolishness quickly. “Foolishness” and “collective unconscious planes” go hand in hand when it comes to exhausting energies.

Well….I am not trying to label any soul by calling them a fool. Every soul is here in the universe to serve its own purpose. I have compassion for every soul. What I am saying is…. I define foolishness as remaining ignorant, lacking profound self-reflective skills and not taking efforts to clear own blockages (unconsciousness). Foolishness also means releasing harmful effects of one’s own blockages onto others and causing harm to others. So now you get the picture of what drains our energy?

Therefore, it is always important to be conscious in saving our own energy from exhaustion and preventing ourselves from exhausting others.

I am going to talk about how to use pears to protect our energy. We all know that pears are packed with vitamins and are healthy fruits. But today…I am not going to teach ways to use pears to perform spiritual rituals to protect our energies. I am going to talk about using the alphabets…. P.E.A.R.S. The pears in this story work more as “fruits of consciousness.”

Let’s begin.

Person

Be observant. Always observe the way a person relates to you. Are there signs of unconscious speech and actions when they relate to you? Look out for sarcasms, perverse talks and intrusive questions that invade your privacy. Study judgmental perspectives directed towards you or others in the form of complains, apathy, belittling, gaslighting, clouded opinions and biases. Check whether these persons are tying you up with their ego and limiting beliefs, or imposing their values onto you when interacting.

These are signs that you need to limit your conversation and speak consciously with this person. You have to speak directly to the person that you are uncomfortable with their speech and actions. Reprimanding them might bruise their ego but it preserves your peace and energy. Cut off communications if this person is causing severe harm to your mental and emotional well-being.

Environment: The Collective Unconscious Plane

Let me explain this with my own lion theory. A lion could easily handle an ox. But when a lion is surrounded by ten ox, then the lion will face greater challenges and it has to think of a better strategy to handle the situation.

Your situations gets tougher when you are trapped in an environment. Your strategy is to ensure the people in the environment do not cross their boundaries with you and drag you into their collective unconscious plane. Simultaneously, do work on moving out to an environment where you could spiritually blossom without needing to battle too much of energy exhaustion.

We have to remember that there is no completely safe environment but there is always an environment that serves better in meeting our spiritual needs.

Aura

Feel…feel….feel…. When you are conversing, you can sense whether the person you are speaking to, holds positive vibes or energy draining vibes. For instance, if you are in a place full of motivating, positive and supportive team players or family members, you can sense the “golden aura of higher consciousness.”

Practice tuning the feelings from your heart to the thoughts of your mind and check whether they synchronize. This method tends to give you the right answers from the universe.

We should also be aware that our energies are not causing exhaustion in others. Keep your auras well-groomed by being more present, practicing more conscious actions, reflecting deeply and honestly, meditating daily and contributing positively to the universe.

Response

Responding skills are very important. I would say, response plus ability equals responsibility. Take the responsibility to contribute energies of appreciation, love, gratitude, compassion, peace, faith, contentment and happiness into the world. What we give to the universe, the universe returns it back to us. This is one way to protect our own energies.

There will be times when we cannot avoid an unconscious speech or an action. During these times, we could practice compassion towards those who try to exhaust us. We could tell them to reflect upon their thoughts, speech and actions. We can explain to them about the amount of harm that they are causing to themselves and others with their unconscious thoughts, speech and actions.

As you help them with compassion, be prepared to face those who listen deeply and reciprocate with gratitude and appreciation, and those who hear from the surface and retaliate with ego.

Remain happy that you did your part to help a fellow soul in the universe and its up to one’s individual efforts to progress spiritually.

Be responsive not reactive. As we react actively towards the unconscious speech and actions of others, we get entangled in the web of unconsciousness as well. Learn to practice detaching yourself from unconscious reactions and respond more consciously.

Self- Compassion

Your self-compassion re-charges your energy. Self-compassion is a way of expressing gratitude to the universe, it shows that you respect yourself and appreciate the goodness showered upon you by the universe. Self- compassion helps you in protecting your energy and prevents you from sacrificing your happiness to feed the unconscious speech and actions of others.

Final Words

Every challenge is a lesson to raise our consciousness. These lessons help us to build a closer relationship with the divine powers within, and universe. We should always work together in growing out from these exhausting unconscious cycles.

I trust that consuming these P.E.A.R.S. would help in improving the mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of all the beautiful souls in the universe.
