Real Estate investment strategist Madam Grace Ofure was a guest on Your View and was asked by the women for practical steps people can take today to take their wealth creation to the next level. Responding to the question and speaking from personal experience, Madam Grace said:

MADAM GRACE OFURE: Join yourself to a community. Like I have communities, because one of the things that makes you do things is when you are inspired. This Mother's Day, I got a lot of gifts, a lot of gifts. Even Ministers of the Gospel: "You inspire a lot. You inspired us to do this, you inspired us to do this, you inspired us because there's nothing you cannot do." You need an inspiration.

So now that you have 10 million naira, if you don't have the right inspiration, the money will go tomorrow morning into wrong things. So join yourself to a community of serious-minded people that you can see that their life has produced this kind of results.

You know, a lot of people are talkers when it comes to wealth creation. If you join yourself to a community of someone that's actually built wealth, and you can pinpoint the person, who will say, 'I did this, I did this, I did this,' I can tell you, I sold Okrika, I made 10 naira, I bought land. I did not buy alone, I bought with people. After I bought with people, I went, I started to buy alone, then I now started to buy acres, then I sold the acres, I moved to this, and now I'm in Dubai. So I will tell you stage by stage by stage on how I moved my wealth journey. You need that kind of a person.

So if you have 10 million, I would advise there are two ways. It's either you join people and buy, so you have more discount, but you have to start to buy. That's number one.

Number two, you need to have more sources of income. You cannot be having 10 million at 40 and think you'll be financially free. Even if you put it in a compounding interest, by 10 years' time, your 10 million will be useless with inflation. So what you should do now is to learn wealth creation.

Yes, because now you're already there, so you need somebody to say, 'Come and teach me how to create wealth.' That's it. Let's not deceive ourselves. You know, some people will say, 'Ah, don't worry, when you bring 10 million, you put in compounding interest, every year they will give you 20%.' That will not make you rich.

What will make you rich is how much income comes to you that you are keeping. So it means that if you are still young, how do I create more money? And everybody is gifted in this day and time of technology. Let me tell you something, I do real estate, but there's something I started doing recently by selling what I used to produce results, and I make six figures every week. So it doesn't really matter; it's how to package this money, move it, and use it for a solution.
