Health and Healing

My Personal Mission

I have found that in my life, after having experienced the things I have, it holds true that as a species, we have in fact been conditioned to look at death as losing someone out of our lives, but for me, this perception has proven to be something that has caused me great turmoil and grief, and has actually caused my state of health to worsen to a degree, both mentally and physically. I have been studying different avenues of thought, as well as learning about the latest scientific discoveries, which align in many ways.

I am learning to look at the concept of death, as a releasing of the energetic presence of the person we knew while they were incarnated here, and as that energy is released, it unifies back into a field of unlimited information and energy, where these people who have passed on, in my opinion, do not stop growing as individuals, and in fact the pains and sufferings that they faced while in this imperfect form, are dissolved, and they are able to go back into the purest homeostatic state of their most whole self, that they can ever truly return to.

Life without these people has been very difficult and has left me feeling very alone, on a number of occasions, especially when the holidays come around, and I have recently reached a point in my journey, where I am fully, and completely tired of the conditioned behavior that has been beat into us, through varying streams of information, that attempt to hold a person bondage in a state of what in my experience has been the presence of a near perpetual sense of pain. I am re-orienting my focus, fully and completely in an all encompassing avenue of healing, that brings all of the factors together which are necessary for a person to heal from the trauma, and un resolved emotional pain from the past, and I am doing this for myself, first and foremost.

I feel a very strong duty and obligation to help this world, and the people who are in it, to heal, to the fullest expression of health which can be obtained. I realize that this goal I have set for myself is to some a very lofty goal, and ideal, however, I also know that for me, there is truly no other way that I wish to live my life. I have grown very weary of feeling emotional pain, which is something that creates states of deep subconscious trauma that will either come out as mental illness, or physical illness, and for me, this has become an unacceptable way of life, and one that only generates, and seems to self perpetuate more and more pain, due to the root issue of that pain, not being treated as it should, instead I have seen in so many cases, where the surface level issues are treated, and in the process, some symptomatic relief may take place, but the Dis-Ease in the body or mind, will rise again, unless the root of the problem is removed, processed out, or dealt with in some meaningful way.

Life does not have to be constant suffering, but we as a global society have been led to believe that this is the case, and in the process of latching onto such a belief, it creates chaos, in us as individuals, as well as in a broader sense, around the world.

For me, healing has become my life, and the pursuit of that healing has taken on many different forms, from medication, ayurveda, meditation, nutrition, mindfulness, present centered attention, energetic healing, therapy, as well as other modalities I have begun to explore which stem from the ancient wisdom traditions, as well as embracing the new and emerging fields of Epigenetics, and Psycho Neuro Immunology.

I have a mission, and that mission is to leave this world in a better state than it was when I was born into this world, and while I may not succeed in full, I will at least start this process, or help to perpetuate this in my own way, through my own actions, and with my own words.

One of the greatest lessons my late wife taught me was this, that compassion and kindness shown to others can be one of the greatest factors in healing that can be conceived of and implemented.

Brightest Blessings

Knowing the path is far different in experience than walking the path. Knowledge only becomes truly useful once it is implemented in ones life, so that which I write is that which I have experienced, hopefully my words may offer solace.
