Payment Plan

There are two blocks currently available in Lahore Smart City, executive and overseas, which are offering plot sizes of 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla, 12 Marla and 1 Kanal. Lahore Smart City payment plan is divided into two time periods, which are 3 years and 3.5 years. According to the payment plan, for booking you need to pay 10 percent of the total amount and 10 percent confirmation price along with which you pay 12 to 14 quarterly installments depending upon the time period.
