Black Swan Murder Trial - Feminist Entertainment

Ashley Benefield is the new poster model for Feminism

Ashley Benefield is on trial

Way to Go Ashley! She really knows how to fight for women's rights with a bang - literally. She is currently on trial for fatally shooting her husband. The prosecution claims she's a murderer who couldn't think of any other way to get her husband out of her and her daughter's lives. The defense states that after years of documented abuse, Ashley finally defended herself against her abuser. I'm totally with the defense.

This case is being called the "Black Swan Murder Trial" because Ashley Benefield was formerly a ballerina. It doesn't have the erotic ring of "Long Island Lolita" but I have to give them some brownie points for coming up with something cute and catchy. Putting my two cents in I think Ashley and her fans should get buttons that read: MWGA! (Make Women Great Again)

I'm totally cheering for Ashley Benefield and hope that she is acquitted of all charges. She has a daughter to raise and all of her cries of abuse in the past were documented but not attended to. Instead of becoming the victim to die, she decided to be the survivor of the hell known as a bad marriage.

While most people consider ballerinas frail and submissive, Ashley proves to the world and feminists that a woman's size doesn't matter. Especially if she can get her hands on a gun. Yeah, that ogre husband was bigger than her, and probably bullied her for years. But Bam! A good gun, and problem eliminated. Ashley Benefield, the feminists true heroine!

I'm sure I'm not the only woman who is applauding Ashley's courage. I'm sure Tina Turner often wished she had a gun to show Ike how he made her feel. I'm sure Nicole Brown's ghost regretted not having her hands on a gun so she could have defended herself like Ashley. Oh well, some of us poor abused women never get our hands on that kind of "power". Still, we can wear our MWGA buttons and secretly hide our Ashley posters.

Perhaps you think I'm making light of a murder trial or a murder. Perhaps you think I'm being too callous towards the feelings of those who loved the abusive husband who died. Maybe I think it's funny how many news stories talk about shootings while the elites get to sit around sipping coffee and debating gun control. Actually, yes, I do think that's hilarious. While the elites are acting like pompous intellectuals debating gun control, countless women end up on the street or selling themselves just to avoid further domestic violence situations. While the elites are getting photographed in their new Versace on the red carpet, another child was put in foster care because of a domestic violence situation. While the elites are debating gun control at their favorite nail salon, another reporter is telling the world about the people who died in a Taylor Swift themed party in England or how another 7-11 store clerk was shot because someone wanted a free case of beer. It's so insanely tragic, that it is hilarious to me.

So I support the Black Swan. I will wear my MWGA button with pride and cheer for Ashley Benefield. I hope the jury sees how the system and marriage failed Ashley and I hope they see that she's a good strong mother who belongs back with her daughter.
