What Horror Movies Have I Not Seen in 2025?
I have missed out on way too many horror films this year.

I feel that I am so behind on horror movies for this year.
I have been so busy with life this year, and it's been tough to make time for some great horror that I'm honestly so disappointed I didn't get to watch on the big screen.
I'm also going to mention the ones I haven't seen yet that were released straight to streaming, because I think I am really missing out on some great horror that was released this year.
I'm sure that some of you are going to be in shock with the ones I haven't seen yet, but I am going to watch them for sure when I get the chance!
5. Sinners
I cannot believe I haven't seen a horror movie that was considered to be one of the best vampire films ever brought to the big screen. It was in theaters for the longest time, but I wasn't able to make time for the film, when it came to personal stuff going on in my life.
From the trailers alone, the movie looks incredible, and I am beyond excited to watch this movie. I'm so freaking late with watching this one, but I'll be sure to write my own review once I do!
4. The Long Walk
I made such a big deal about this Stephen King novel, and I'm so mad that I wasn't able to watch this movie in theaters. I don't know how I forgot to watch that movie, but somehow...I did. I heard so many great things about this film, and I heard it was just as brutal as the book.
I'm so excited to watch this movie.
3. Bring Her Back
It's a huge shame I missed out on this one in theaters. I have always been a fan of these hilarious YouTubers, and I loved their first horror film, Talk to Me. I unfortunately wasn't able to watch this one upon release. I heard this film is beyond bleak, and that it was so damn hard to watch.
I'm a huge fan of horror films that are pretty messed up, and I'm so curious to see what the hype was all about!
2. Dangerous Animals
How and why I missed out on another good horror movie about sharks is crazy to me. It's not every day that I come across a good movie about killer sharks, because it's so hard to find a great one ever since Jaws came out in 1975. Once I heard the plot to this movie, I was blown away by the creative plotline. Apparently, this movie is about a serial killer who uses sharks as a way to kill his victims.
That is so scary to imagine, and it's also pretty scary to think people like this could actually exist. Also, the actor who plays the serial killer is a pretty great actor, so I can't wait to watch it!
This also came out in theaters...and I truly regret not watching it.
1. Final Destination: Bloodlines
One of my most anticipated horror movies in 2025...and I didn't watch it in theaters. I'm not sure why I chose to not watch it...especially when I learned that the film was pretty damn great! I really thought the filmmakers were going to screw up this movie in some way, but they proved me wrong!
The last good one was the fifth film that was secretly a prequel, that ending twist was freaking fantastic!
Plus, we also get Tony Todd, who makes his last appearance as Death.
Rip to one of the best horror icons in history. You will be missed. I will never forget his performance as Candyman.
What other horror movies am I missing out on in 2025?

Love, I'm the same I have missed so many, love this creative writing piece amazing simply amazing.
Don't feel bad. I volunteer at a film festival, and I have not seen any of the ones above.
The only one I've seen is blood lines. I usually watch a horror or kid friendly Halloween movie every day in October and sk far, I have watched like 3. All old ones. Nothing new. I'm disappointed in myself as well but also find comfort knowing I'm not the only one who has too much going on to be able to chill and watch movies.
