Introduction: The Forgotten House

In the remote Bangladeshi village of Banshbaria, there stood an ancient house no one dared to enter. Children whispered stories about shadows in its windows. The locals called it “ছায়ার বাড়ি” — House of Shadows.

For decades, the place remained untouched until one curious young man, Farid, decided to explore it with his camera, dreaming of going viral with a spooky vlog. What he found was far beyond any tale he'd heard.

🪞 The Mirror in the Master Room

Inside, thick layers of dust covered everything, but strangely, the mirror in the master bedroom was spotless. It was tall, ornate, and chillingly pristine. Etched in the corner of the glass were the words:

“তুমি যা দেখো, সবই সত্য নয়।”

"What you see isn’t always real."

Farid looked into it—and felt like someone else was watching from behind his own reflection.

🕯️ The First Whisper

That night, back at home, Farid began to edit his footage. As he zoomed in on the mirror, he heard a faint whisper through his headphones:

“আমাকে ছেড়ে যেও না...”

"Don't leave me..."

He took off the headphones. Silence. He checked the audio—no voices. And yet, it felt real. Chillingly real.

🌘 Descent into Madness

The next few days, Farid started hearing whispers even when he wasn’t near the footage. The mirror’s image haunted his dreams. He woke up one night to find his own reflection smiling at him—while he wasn’t.

He smashed every mirror in his house.

But the whisper remained.

🧳 The Return to Banshbaria

Determined to end it, Farid returned to the village and the haunted house. He brought a hammer, petrol, and a camera—this time to destroy the mirror.

But when he arrived, the house was gone. Burnt to ashes.

Yet standing alone in the middle of the debris...

was the mirror. Untouched. Shining. Waiting.

Farid stepped forward. The glass rippled like water. His reflection reached out and pulled him in.

No one saw Farid again.

🪞 The Mirror Lives On

Weeks later, a tourist found an old camera near the ruins. On it was the final clip:

Farid whispering to the lens with bloodshot eyes—

“Don’t trust your reflection... it lies.”

Then static.

And behind him, in the mirror, something smiled.

🧟‍♂️ Conclusion: Do You Dare Look?

They say the mirror now appears in different places—abandoned shops, dusty attics, pawn stores. If you ever see a spotless mirror in a forgotten room, don’t look too long. Or you might hear it too.
