THE STORY OF SISTER SISTER MARY MARGARET

THE EVIL NUN

By Simone MaxPublished 3 years ago 3 min read

Sister Mary Margaret had spent her entire life serving God. She had been a nun for over forty years, and in that time, she had seen and experienced things that would have sent shivers down the spines of most people. But nothing could have prepared her for the horror that was about to unfold.

It all started on a dark and stormy night. Sister Mary Margaret had been on her way back to the convent after visiting a sick parishioner. The rain was coming down in sheets, and the wind was howling like a pack of wolves. She was driving carefully, but the road was slippery, and she couldn't see more than a few feet in front of her.

As she rounded a bend, her headlights caught something in the distance. It was a figure, standing in the middle of the road. Sister Mary Margaret slowed down, thinking it might be a lost hiker. But as she got closer, she realized that it was a nun.

The nun was dressed in a long black habit, with a white wimple covering her head. Her face was obscured by the shadows, but Sister Mary Margaret could sense that there was something not quite right about her. The nun seemed to be staring at her with an intensity that made Sister Mary Margaret uncomfortable.

Suddenly, the nun stepped forward, her hand raised as if to stop the car. Sister Mary Margaret hit the brakes, but it was too late. The car skidded on the wet road, and she lost control. The next thing she knew, the car had crashed into a ditch, and she was unconscious.

When she came to, Sister Mary Margaret was disoriented. She had a pounding headache, and her vision was blurry. But the one thing she knew for certain was that the nun was gone. She got out of the car and stumbled into the rain, calling out for help. But there was no one around. The only sound was the howling wind.

Sister Mary Margaret tried to make her way back to the convent, but she quickly realized that she was lost. The storm was getting worse, and the rain was coming down harder than ever. She stumbled through the darkness, her habit soaked through, her shoes squelching with every step.

That was when she saw the light in the distance. It was a small cabin, nestled among the trees. She hurried towards it, hoping that someone would be there to help her. But as she got closer, she realized that something was very wrong.

The cabin was old and decrepit, with broken windows and a sagging roof. But it was the figure in the doorway that made Sister Mary Margaret freeze in her tracks. It was the same nun that she had seen on the road. But now, in the light of the cabin, Sister Mary Margaret could see her face.

It was twisted and contorted, with deep lines etched into the skin. Her eyes were sunken, and her lips were pulled back in a grotesque snarl. She seemed to be staring right through Sister Mary Margaret, as if she was nothing more than an annoyance.

Sister Mary Margaret felt a shiver run down her spine. She knew that she needed to get away, but her legs wouldn't move. It was as if she was rooted to the spot. The nun stepped forward, her hand reaching out to grab her.

That was when Sister Mary Margaret screamed.

The sound echoed through the cabin, bouncing off the walls and into the night. The nun recoiled, as if the sound was physically painful. And then she was gone, disappearing into the darkness.

Sister Mary Margaret stumbled back, her heart pounding in her chest. She knew that she needed to get away, to find safety. But she also knew that the horror was just beginning.
