It was a typical Monday morning and the employees at Johnson & Johnson Inc. were bustling in the office. Sarah, a young executive, had just started her new job and was eager to make a good impression. As she walked through the spacious halls, she noticed something strange. The office felt empty and silent, a sharp contrast to the usual bustle of the work day.
Sarah shrugged it off, thinking it was just her imagination playing tricks on her. She took her seat at her desk and started her work. It wasn't until lunchtime that she realized that something was truly wrong. She asked her colleagues about their morning and was met with blank stares and silence.
Feeling uneasy, Sarah decided to take a walk around the office. She started down the hallway and noticed that all of the doors to the offices were closed, even though she could hear faint sounds coming from within. She decided to investigate and approached the first door, slowly pushing it open.
To her horror, she saw her co-workers sitting at their desks, but they were completely still and their eyes were open, unblinking. Sarah screamed, backing away from the door and running down the hallway. She tried to open the doors to the other offices, but they were all locked.
Panicking, Sarah tried to find a way out of the building. She ran to the main entrance, only to find that it was also locked. She started to pound on the door, screaming for help, but there was no response. Suddenly, the lights went out, leaving her in complete darkness.
She could hear faint whispers and footsteps coming from all around her. She felt like she was being watched and was filled with a sense of dread. Sarah's heart was racing and she was about to break down, when she heard a voice in her ear.
"Welcome to your new job," the voice said, cold and menacing. "You're never leaving this office."
Sarah screamed, the sound echoing through the dark, empty building. She was trapped in the office, with no way out and no one to turn to. The whispers grew louder, and she could hear footsteps coming closer. She knew that she had to keep moving, or risk being caught by whatever was lurking in the darkness.
She stumbled through the hallways, her heart racing, until she stumbled into a large room. In the center of the room was a desk with a single piece of paper on it. Sarah approached the desk, her hand shaking as she picked up the paper.
It was a message, written in blood-red ink. "Your life is now ours. Welcome to the office".
Sarah screamed, realizing that she was in the grip of a supernatural force. She had to find a way out before it was too late. She ran through the halls, dodging the whispers and footsteps, until she finally stumbled upon a window. She pushed it open and climbed outside, grateful to be free of the office.
But as she looked back, she saw that the windows were now covered in a thick, black fog, and she could hear the whispers and footsteps growing louder. Sarah ran as fast as she could towards the side hoping to get away the thick fog. After few second she started to feel a door entrace by the dim light on the other side. As she was about to enter she feels a man dressed in a business suit standing, with hope she looked at the face and she was struck down by the hit of a hard material from behind the head.
Sarah was found in the hospital on the next day and she never spoke of her experience with any. She quit her job and disappeared, never to be seen or heard from again. But those who worked in the building say that on quiet nights, they can still hear whispers and footsteps echoing through the halls, a reminder of the terror that once gripped the office.
Sarah is the only person who knows what happened on that night and who the business suit dressed person. Is it a ghost? Is it a real person? Still it remains as mystery until Sarah open up.
