It was a dim and blustery evening, the sort that would make a great many people need to twist up under a sweeping and disregard the rest of the world. However, as far as I might be concerned, it was the ideal night to branch out into the forest and see what sort of ghastliness I could evoke. I had forever been entranced by the grim and the obscure, and this was the ideal chance to investigate the profundities of my creative mind.

As I meandered through the forest, the breeze yelling and the downpour beating against the trees, I started to feel a feeling of disquiet crawling over me. I had been in these woods previously, yet something was different this time. The air felt weighty, practically choking, and there was a feeling of vindictiveness that appeared to be radiating from the actual trees.

I attempted to shove my apprehensions to the aside and spotlight on my undertaking, however the more I strolled, the more persuaded I turned into that something was watching me. Each stir of leaves or snap of a twig made my heart race, and I wound up investigating my shoulder continually, hoping to see some sort of beast hiding in the shadows.

At long last, I came to a clearing, a little region of the forest that appeared to be immaculate by the tempest. As I ventured into the clearing, I felt an unexpected chill run down my spine, and I understood that I was in good company.

There, in the focal point of the clearing, stood a figure, dim and shadowy against the cloudy air. From the start, I thought it was only a stunt of the light, yet as I moved nearer, I saw that it was a lady, her long hair blowing in the breeze, her eyes fixed on me with a savage force.

I attempted to turn and run, however my feet appeared to be attached to the ground. The lady started to move towards me, her means slow and ponder, her body influencing with an odd, practically entrancing mood.

As she moved nearer, I saw that there was something off about her. Her skin was pale and clear, her eyes shining with an extraordinary light. What's more, as she contacted touch me, I understood with a nauseating sureness that she was not of this world.

I attempted to shout, however no sound emerged. I attempted to move, however my body was frozen completely still. And afterward she had arrived, her virus fingers folding over my throat, her breath hot and rank against my face.

I battled to break free, yet her grasp was like iron, her solidarity apparently boundless. Furthermore, as she moved me nearer, I saw her teeth, sharp and sparkling in the haziness, and I realize that I was going to pass on.

Yet, similarly as she was going to dive into my neck, an electrical discharge moved quickly over the sky, enlightening the clearing with a splendid, blinding light. Yet again and right then and there, the lady was gone, abandoning me in the obscurity.

I staggered back, heaving for breath, my heart beating in my chest. I glanced around, however there was no indication of the lady, no hint of her presence. Maybe she had never been there.

But, I realize that she had been genuine. I may as yet feel the chilliness of her touch, actually see the shining of her eyes in my inner being. Also, I realize that I had been fortunate to escape with my life.

From that day on, I at no point ever wandered into the forest in the future, never thought about investigating the unexplored world. For I realize that there were things in this world that were outside our ability to grasp, unchangeable as far as we might be concerned. Furthermore, I realize that the lady in the forest was only one of them.
