1. Threatening Warning

Tanmay was a young historian with insatiable curiosity towards the forgotten village and her hidden past. One day, he came across a story about a remote village in the Nadia district called Shankanagaru. Some believed it was a ghost, while others were called mere folklore.

Most fascinating were old newspaper clippings that mentioned the mysterious loss of disappearance from the village almost 50 years ago. A group of tourists had entered the village, but were never found again at dawn. Only they stayed near an old temple at the edge of the village. decided to reveal the truth, and Tanmay grabbed his bag and made himself in Shankanagar.

2. Arrival to the village. It was late in the afternoon when Tanmay arrived in the village. The moment he entered, he felt an eerie silence in the air. Everyone moved quietly and looked at him with caution, in contrast to the other villages where the children play and maintain people in front of the house.

An old man sat under a banyan tree near the entrance to the village. His wrinkled face was covered in faded sunlight. Tanmay approached him.

"Uncle, I am a researcher studying old villages. Can you tell me about Shankanagaru? " The face of the old man.

"Why did you come here?"

The old man sighs. Turn your back.

The sudden cold from Tanmei's spine.

3. Cursed Temple

Tanmay went deep into the village and found that most of the houses were old and creaked wooden doors before their age. A few villagers rushed through the door, fearing what was invisible.

Then he saw it, a huge, rotten temple at the edge of the village. The walls of the temple were cracked. It looked as if nature was trying to fill it up.

The heavy wooden doors of the temple were slightly ajar, revealing the eerie darkness inside.

The sudden gust of wind passed, and Tannai heard a whisper. It was passed like a breath in the wind.

"vacation... Now..."

it turned around. No one was there.

ignored the warning and pushed the temple door and stepped in.

4.Tanmay put on a flashlight and presented a painting of faded walls. As he approached, he realized they were a terrible scene - ritual human sacrifice. In all the pictures, the bound man kneeled before the very towering God, twisting his face in fear.

His stomach twitched.

"This temple was used for human sacrifice..." he thought.

His flashlight flickered suddenly. In the weak light, he saw movement in the corner - a shadow that had been altered by himself. Then it echoed through the temple - inhale, then whisper.

"Why did you come?"

The voices were neither male nor female, nor young or old. That was different. Tanmei's blood turned cold.

5. The curse awakened. It turned over, but the temple door was slammed by itself! His heart beated as he pushed against her, but it wasn't necessary. Suddenly, a cold, cold bone surrounded him.

He turned and saw the figure made from the darkness.

There was no clear shape - a shifted mass of shadows with hollow, fiery red eyes. It floated towards him, whispering in a thousand voices at the same time. "You shouldn't be here..."

Tanmay felt a slight tightening around her neck. He grabbed the air and stayed around his neck, but there was nothing. An invisible force strangled him.

Blurred in his vision. The room is dead. A deep, trembling voice pierced the silence as he thought he would lose consciousness -

"Leave him! He's not the one who has to suffer! "

The handle disappeared around his neck. Tanmay collapsed and snapped into the air.

6. Guardian Warning An old man stood at the entrance to the temple and held a brass trimming pack. His eyes glowed in a weak light as he muttered his prayers.

A shady figure cried out and melted into the air. The temple door squealed.

The old man turned to Tanmei. "You're looking for stories, but some stories should be buried."

Coughing, Tanmay manages to ask. Who are you? Centuries ago, priests sacrificed the villagers to appease the dark gods. But one night, the souls of the victims rebelled. They slaughtered priests and cursed the country. Since then, their tortured spirits have roamed the temple, searching for revenge. "

Tamma's hands tremble. "And a missing traveler? 50 years ago? "

The old man looked away. "They ignored the warning too... and never returned."

7. Escape from Shankanagar. Without another word, Tanmey ran out of the temple. A bloody cry echoed from within as we crossed the threshold of the temple. The temple door was knocked once more, sealing off everything lurking there. Tanmay turned to the old man, but he was gone.

He returned to Hartrace, the village. The villagers peered through the window, their eyes filled with quiet understanding. You knew. They always knew that.

At dawn, Tanmei left Shankanagar and did not turn around.

And from that night, he never spoke about Shankhanagar again.
