A mysterious force has a curse on a house
There was only one rule: Don't open the door. Everyone in town knew the rule. It was a rule set in place ever since the Baxter family was brutally murdered in their home over thirty years ago. Soon after the murders, the message in blood, "Stay Out!" appeared on the front door. The killer of the family was never apprehended, and everyone in town took heed of the warning.
The first people to ignore the message were two young lovers who thought it would be fun to make love in the place where the murders occurred. Witnesses heard blood-wrenching screams, and shortly after, the number "2" appeared in blood on the front door next to the "Stay Out!" warning. The lovers were never seen again.
It has been twenty years since the last incidence, but today, Zach and Richard, are about to enter the house. Their friends each put up $20 for whoever enters the house. Zach and Richard agreed to go together and split the $200.
The boys slowly walked up the front steps. Zach reached out and put his shaking hand on the ice-cold door knob and opened the front door. The boys looked at each other and slowly entered. A cold mist soon surrounded the boys, and they both felt an unnerving presence. In front of the boys, a shadowy figure appeared. Richard tried to speak but was unable to. A face soon appeared on the figure, and Richard recognized the face as that of the murdered Baxter girl, Alice.
"You should have stayed out!" Said Alice.
Their friends outside heard bloody screams, and then the number "2" was crossed out, and the number "4" appeared in blood.
Their friends all screamed and ran away. The curse on the Baxter house was still active.

The Ominous Messenger
Friday, the morning of the 17th The sound of a woman screaming woke Jack up. He was not sure if it was in his dream that he heard the scream, but Jack checked the clock and noticed that it was about 2:00 AM. It was the middle of summer, so Jack had his bedroom window open, making it possible for him to hear a scream from outside. He climbed out of bed and strolled towards the window. Jack took a quick peek outside, not expecting to see anything, but out of the corner of his eye, he saw a man running about 30 meters from his house. His neighbors, Richard and Jessica Henderson, resided on the acreage next door, and their house was about 50 meters away. Jack saw the person was fleeing away from the Henderson home, so he turned around to find his phone when he heard a loud screeching sound. He glanced back outside, and sitting on the roof was a barn owl. Jack turned back into his room when he heard, "If you value your life, you should leave now. Runaway and never return."

This is me. My name is Oblit. It's odd, isn't it? I live on an island. Well, at least I think I do. I haven't seen anyone else in a long time, so I assume I do. I live inside a little house - it's quaint. A five-windowed bungalow, built on a street with only half-constructed houses all around. The lights don't light up at night - and the various concrete and plaster walls that decorate the plain green field only serve as props to my living. I live inside 1557 Rangolin Street. One front door, one back. A modest little backyard with benches and various plants sprouting from scattered pots. Two sets of gardening tools, one for me, one in case I forgot the other.
