Sundivers pt.2

"Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say."

(Recording play back stops, then radio static...)

"Voyage Log-in #97 Captain Logan Kelly... Going through galaxy three we beat the meteor showers but where instantly met with a gravitation that pulled us down so fast, all engines failed simultaneously. We had an emergency eject before crash landing in this field. My co-pilot T.Smith radio is unresponsive I'm heading his way approximately an half mile down from me."

"Besides the sky turning green from a violent red Iam able to breath and the landscape looks of outside of Boston Cape farmland, it really reminds me of home.... (Boom, boom, boom) oh god nooo!"

Captain Kelly runs down the dusty road hoping to see his comrade alive, he gets near an abandon barn yard where the left-over bale of hay is on fire from the crash. Kelly finds his friend suit burned up still strapped to his chair.

"Smitts!'' He yells hoping for a response, he gets his helmet off nothing but smoke clears just to see a blundered almost unrecognizable face.

"Log-in#98 I've retrieved co pilot Trever Smith from the wreckage he's in a critical shape and not breathing I'm removing the armor chest plate of his suite to perform resuscitation compressions starting now...1,2,3...

(Two shady figures stalk like predators using the smoke as camouflage as they proceed closer...)

"28,29,30, he checks for any breathing...come on Smitts!"

Captain Kelly quickly grabs his emergency Defibrillator kit out his side pouch from his suit. "Okay wake up Smitts" he saids calm but desperate.

The two paddles wind (sound) up for power, Kelly shocks his chest the body jumps but no live response, Kelly checks but no pulse he winds up the paddles again for another try.

The first creature smells the cooked flesh in the air he can't contain composure and proceeds to hunt down these two potential prey.

As Kelly starts to place the paddles onto Smith's chest again, he hears a snarling sound and looks around the limited view because of all the smoke but sees two green glowing eyes coming right at him.

The creature lunges through the smoke at Captain Kelly. Kelly sees nothing but eyes and teeth, even on one knee he slides back swings with his left connecting the paddle with the right side of the creature's face. (Bang, Spark)

The creature (hurt) rolls into the darkness and just that quick its quiet again only the light from the flames gives Kelley a shady view of his perimeter.

"Was that a man?" Kelly thinks to himself ,couldn't be!" Kelly hears breaking twigs footsteps he powers up the paddles preparing for another attack. He turns to see the same glowing green eyes "okay I got you" he turns up the voltage on the paddles the green glowing eyes disappears in the night Kelly looks around then Boom!! The creature pounces on Kelly knocking him to the ground.

Kelly quickly retreats crawling backwards trying to find an escape route at the same time analyzing & gazing at this scaley skin man creature he notices the glowing green eyes are now all black and the effects of the shock from the paddles mark the side of its face.

Kelly grabs the paddles hanging of his side and jumps to his feet "Okay let's see what you got ugly man" Kelly saids with full confidence. The creature lets out a high pitch scream then shows his dagger knife teeth and claws growing into long pointed needles.

"Now that's that bullsh..." Kelly throws down the paddles picked up Smith's armor chest plate shield off the ground. The creature charges swinging his sharp claws, Kelly blocks them with his shield.

"Damn he strong" Kelly thinks to himself

He hits a button on the shield a bright 100,000 lumen light pierces through the creature's black eyes blinding it just enough for Kelly to take the sharp end and cut the creature across the neck then breaks one of the creatures sharp claws from his right hand.

The creature knocks the shield from Kelly, Kelly backs up as the creature lets out another scream. "Is he communicating?'' While the creature screams and grows back its claw, from the light of the shield Kelly can actually see through the creature to the heart. He also sees the burn mark on the creature face is healing itself.

"He's getting stronger!" Kelly looks at his partner Smith suit. Then moved quickly towards his friend the creature moves even faster, right behind him. Kelly dives forward sliding right by Smith's body, grabs the flare gun out the side pouch just as the creature leaps claws fully extended for a kill blow, Kelly quickly rolls on his back aims and fires off a round hitting the creature.

The creature falls out the sky like a bright red shooting star, Kelly looks on as the creature jumps up to his feet (growling) trying to tear away the flare stuck in its chest.

Kelly uses the opportunity to run back to his emergency bag grabs his flare gun, notices the broken claw right next to the bag, he picks it up turns to face the creature.

The creature faces Kelly as the flare still burns in its chest making its body transparent and vulnerable as the creature eyes are back to glowing green as they stare each other down.

"WhooHaa" Kelly yells his military call, the creature screams back, they both charge at each other.

Creature shoots his claw at Kelly, "Kelly oh shhh..." tucks and rolls avoiding the sharp needle point claw rises up in full stride shoots his flare right into the face of the creature leaps up landing shoving the creatures own broken claw into its chest through the heart.

(The red flare fizzes out in the creature's chest while the blue flare burns in its face.)

The creature falls to the ground with it face in a blue flame from the flare as black oil like blood pours out.

"Eww (Looking at the guey blood)...you must of been the rookie (Hype celebrating his victory) Don't send no rookie to a Navy seal I don't care what planet world galaxy moon or star I plant my feet ten toes down You Hear Me!"

Kelly puts on Smith's armor chest plate looks at his friend, Smith's lifeless body, he quietly says his last goodbyes. As he turns to be on his way a sharp object shoves into the chest plate shield, Kelly finds himself lifted into the air by a second, bigger, creature.

"Aww...Yeah you aint no rookie" He struggles to say, at the sametime looking the creature into its black glossy eyes. Kelly shines the light from the shield into its eyes Kelly notices this creature doesn't budge, and its scales are turning dark gray like armor.

(The creature sharp claws are piercing through the shield)

Kelly struggles to get free looks for a way out as the creature opens his mouth wide, Kelly can't move, look as this is it.

"Log-in#99 This is Captain Kelly on his last ride, it was a hella of a ride Galaxy three is a no-go Nobody can hear a scream in the vacuum of space, or so they say" C. Kelly signing off...
