Slasher Ripper is a spin off limited series based on another show about a killer going after a group of people known as Slasher.

This one decided to take on a different approach, by taking place in Victorian times, with a killer known as The Widow.

Such a wicked name for a slasher!

This was already a smart move, because you can get creative with the slasher kills! On the plus side, it’s extremely difficult to find the real killer, and you can take the murder mystery aspect in any direction!

The best part…if you can call it that…is that the targets in this show 100% have it coming.

This group of people is led by the ruler of the town, Basil Garvey, that rules over everyone with an iron fist. They are seen as the elite, an evil group that takes delight in taking advantage of the weak.

The actors that play each of these characters are amazing, you will hate them to death, and will be immensely satisfied watching all of them bite the dust.

I haven’t done this in a long time, but this is going to be a ranking list of all of the deaths that are killed by The Widow. I just think that the deaths are so creative and batshit, that I just had to talk about it!

9. Georges Rondeau is strangled to death by a rope.

Georges was a magician that performed for an audience, and hung out with the elite group, entertaining them with his magical powers.

He loses his mind as everyone is getting killed off, eventually succumbing to his fate at the hands of The Widow. He accepts his death, as The Widow wraps a rope around his neck and ends his life.

The crazy part is that he was the only one that didn’t suffer as much as the others did…

8. Isacc Kashtinsky was tied to a running horse.

It’s obvious that this death really sucked.

Issac was part of the police force that worked for the elite group. He would do anything that was asked of him, even if these actions bothered him. His loyalty for Basil caught up to him, and The Widow tied him to a horse…

…I think we know how he died.

7. Eddie Jacobs was beaten to death with a sledgehammer.

Eddie was another lackey that worked for the elite. Just like Issac, he felt guilt over the horrible actions that was asked of him.

He was one of the few people that decided to run away from Basil Garvey, but The Widow found him first. He was then beaten quite slowly with a sledgehammer; all of his limbs were smashed to bits before he was killed.

This death was agonizing to watch, I couldn’t stand the spinal cord part.

6. Horatio Dixon gets his head cut off.

Horatio Dixon didn’t seem that bad compared to the other elite members. However, he chose to stick with the group, which led to his death.

While he was grieving over losing a friend that was accidentally killed by Eddie Jacobs, The Widow finds him and doesn’t hesitate to decapitate him.

This scene was so detailed, I was so impressed with the practical effects of the head. And oh boy, was it a gory death…

5. Melanda Israel loses a limb and is electrocuted to death.

Melanda was one of the few characters that you sort of felt bad for. She worked for Basil and his minions, but she had more of a heart compared to everyone else.

She worked in the morgue, and was forced to deal with the bodies of the people she knew from the group. Once a friend of hers is murdered, she decides to come clean and confess a secret that the elite group was hiding.

Even though she confesses to the crime, The Widow doesn’t show her mercy. She is caught by the killer, is forced to watch her already sliced off arm fall off her body, and is then electrocuted to death in the morgue.

Now that is a brutal fate.

4. Salome gets all of his limbs sliced off.

Salome was one of the worst villains in the group. He appeared to take delight in what he was doing, treating anyone like absolute crap.

He eventually gets his downfall when he angrily murders a man he had strong feelings for. Salome loses his mind, and The Widow finds him.

The Widow injects him with a needle to take him down, and then he is propped onto a device. The Widow uses a hacksaw to slice off each of his limbs as he is laughing through the pain.

Out of all of the deaths, this one really bothered me. I couldn’t stand his laughter as he was dying. It just really made you wonder how painful the torture was, and how too far gone he was in this scene…

3. Basil Garvey gets his own face ripped apart.

This actor honestly deserves some kind of award for his performance as the leader of this elite group. You will hate him so much!

I couldn’t help but love this villain, because his performance was just too good! It was so crazy that everyone was scared of him, and I can see why.

He was a ruthless and evil man that was willing to do anything to get his way. He was pure evil and is willing to hurt anyone that would dare to go against him.

I knew his death was going to suck, but the way he died was next level. The Widow saves him for last, and literally rips his face apart.

I cringed when I saw The Widow shove fingers straight into Basil’s eyes, watching him scream was hard to listen to. That actor made it seem like he was actually getting tortured!

2. Enid Jenkins is killed by her own printing press machine.

Enid was another villain that I really hated. She worked for the media and would write anything that was asked of her by Basil. She didn’t care, as long as she had a job waiting for her.

She was willing to lie to the public for him, and I hated that she blamed someone else for a horrific murder that was done by the elite group. That man was then hanged for a crime he never committed!

She gets her karma when The Widow casually steps into Enid's’ office, going after her. Enid begs for her life as The Widow shoves her hands into the machine of the printing press. Then her body is shoved into the machine, and Enid becomes a literal pancake.

Can I just say this this death was so freaking awesome? Definitely belongs in the top 10 list of some of the most creative deaths ever!

1. Alistair Simcoe is stabbed to death by shears.

Alistair was hands down the worst one in the group. Basil was super evil, but this dude was even worse. He tortured Salome by cutting up his face, was hinted to be a serial killer, and tortured a poor woman to death.

It made sense that The Widow went straight for him first!

The Widow ties him up, and then takes out shears to use on him.

I won’t say how he dies…because it is way too graphic.

His death literally made me feel sick.

Bastard did have it coming though.

Slasher Ripper is not for the fainthearted. It’s a brutal show that doesn’t hold back, and every single death is shown in extreme detail. These slasher kills were so good, and it was a nice change to root for the killer in this one!

Sorry for the lack of images for this article. It was kind of hard to find some good images for this one.
