I Solved My Halloween Costume Dilemma
I figured out why I was having such trouble with picking out a costume…

I know that I stated in a past article that I was losing my mind with trying to look for a costume during this year.
Then I finally found out why it was hard for me to find a costume.
There isn't a huge selection of costumes for this year.
I thought I was going insane for the past month, but it turns out, I'm not the only one that was feeling this way. Multiple people online have mentioned the same thing. Costumes for this year aren't really standing out, and a lot of people have been voicing out their disappointment over this.
I was so confused why Spirit Halloween that is known for having great costumes, only appeared to have the same old this year. I even went to a new Halloween store this year, and I couldn't even find a costume that really caught my attention there either.
And that's because the new Halloween store had some really cool ones, but none of them were sticking with me.
It finally all makes sense. I was afraid to even mention this, because I assumed it was all in my head. I've been so busy recently with life, and I failed to notice something so huge that I should have noticed since August.
But when you're working two jobs and trying to study for a brand-new exam for a college career that you must pass in order to work, I guess it makes sense why I felt like my life was spiraling out of control lol.
The only good credit I can give Halloween this year is all the cool stuff I have gotten to purchase. I have bought a lot of Witch related horror stuff, Halloween notebooks to write my horror stories in, and I also bought some cool looking figures that any horror fan would love.
I'm planning to share pictures of my findings quite soon…cause I'm getting ready to decorate my room for Halloween! I'm beyond excited for that, I got a lot of cool stuff for my room this year, so it's going to be quite the change from last year!
Sorry for getting off topic again, lol. I'm a sucker for Halloween, as you can see.
So, how did I solve my Halloween costume dilemma?
Simple.
I'm planning to wear the same costume from last year.
I know it sounds a bit unoriginal, but I thought, why the hell not?
Art the Clown from the Terrifier franchise is still as popular as ever, and I have bought a lot of neat shit of this character from all of the Halloween stores I've been to.
Hell, even Spirit Halloween has dedicated a section just for this iconic slasher. It still amazes me how this creepy bastard was able to pull off a fanbase with only THREE films. Let that sink in. THREE films. That is beyond impressive from a horror franchise.

I am thinking of changing up the costume a little bit this year though. I did cut my hair recently, and there is no way in hell I will be able to have it as long as I had my hair last year for the costume in time for Halloween. I was thinking of maybe doing a 'cuter' version of the character with my new hair cut. Maybe I could be a killer clown with a pixie cut, resembling Art the Clown.
I'm also thinking of purchasing new weapons for the clown costume, because this dude is able to use an assortment of weapons against his victims. I even collected a lot of black trash bags from Spirit Halloween, and the company having to switch to regular black bags untentionally made my life easier for me to collect bags for the costume.
He carries his weapons in black trash bags, in case some of you horror fans weren't aware of this detail with the character lol.
What do you guys think of this idea? And do you think it would be best to stick with the same costume for this year? Are you planning to do the same?
