Fictional ghost story.

A man was walking home alone in the dark of the night, walking through the forest. He was holding a torch in his hand. As he was walking, he suddenly noticed that the torch was shining brightly on the side of the road.

Curious, the man went towards it. He saw the body of a young girl lying there. Although he was scared, he saw a diamond ring shining brightly on the middle finger of the girl's right hand.

Hesitating a little, he put the torch down and tried to remove the ring from the dead woman's finger. But the finger was swollen, so he couldn't remove it. The man then took out a knife from his pocket.

Then, using the knife, he cut off the dead woman's finger. Just then, breaking the silence of the night, a fox called from somewhere nearby.

The man got very scared and put the ring in his pocket and started running. He rushed home without telling anyone and that night, he quietly removed the ring from his finger. The man has almost forgotten about that girl. One new moon night, he was alone in the house.

There was complete silence all around. Suddenly, the doorknob outside shook - knock, knock, knock. He opened the door with a little annoyance.

He saw a young woman standing in front of the door wearing a white sari. Although she had a veil on her head, it did not cover her face at all. The man asked in a hoarse voice - What is the matter? Who do you want? The young woman said in a hoarse voice - Brother, I have come from a long way. I will go to your neighboring village.

But I have lost my way in the dark all night. Meanwhile, I am very hungry. If only you would give me some shelter tonight, give me some food! The man seemed to have been waiting for such an opportunity. He was alone in the house and yet such a beautiful girl. He said - Come on, come on, don't worry.

Everything will be arranged. He made the girl sit down and brought food. The girl pulled the plate and started to spread the food.

The man was looking at the girl with greedy eyes. Suddenly he was startled. He saw that the hand with which the girl was spreading the food had four fingers.

Blood was dripping from where the middle finger should be. The man's soul trembled.He asked in a scared voice - A..what happened to your finger!? At that moment, the girl looked directly at the man and gave a terrible smile. Seeing which the man was very scared.

And a strange shiver of fear went down his spine. It seemed that he had seen the girl somewhere. At that moment, the girl spoke, you know about my finger.

The man said in fear, you mean? The girl said with a terrible smile, do you remember seeing a girl's body lying on the side of the road ten years ago? You took the body's precious ornaments and also the middle finger for the middle ring.

Do you remember? If you had at least told people about the body, at least the fox dog would not have torn apart the body of a Muslim, helpless and victim of circumstances. You were the one who cut off even one finger of the body in greed for the ring. Now give me that finger.

As if he was in a state of extreme fear. The doctors examined him and said that he had died of a stroke due to excessive mental stress.

And where the man had buried that finger, someone had dug up the soil. No one could understand the real incident. This was the punishment for the man's sins.
