Falling Into a Dark Hole That You Can't Escape From: A True Story
The first time I ever saw the dark hole was when I was out walking in the forest.
The first time I ever saw the dark hole was when I was out walking in the forest. It was just a small hole at the time, but I could tell that it was deep and dark. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but I couldn't help but feel a sense of dread every time I saw it.
The next time I saw the hole was a few months later. This time, the hole was much bigger- nearly the size of a door. I could feel the fear starting to well up inside of me, but I tried to push it down. I told myself that there was nothing to be afraid of and that I was just being paranoid.
But the fear kept building and building until it was almost too much to bear. I finally gave in and ran away from the hole. I told myself that I would never come back to that spot again.
But curiosity got the best of me and a few weeks later, I found myself back at the hole. I was terrified, but I also couldn't help but want to know what was inside. I slowly approached the hole, my heart pounding in my chest. I was so close…
And then I fell in.
The fall was long and my stomach was in my throat by the time I hit the bottom. I tried to get up, but my limbs were too weak. I could see the light up above, but I couldn't reach it. I was trapped.
And then I saw it.
The thing that was lurking in the shadows, waiting to eat me alive. It was a creature unlike anything I had ever seen before. It had long, sharp teeth and its eyes were glowing red.
I tried to scream, but no sound came out. I was paralyzed with fear.
The creature came closer and closer until it was right in front of me. I could feel its hot breath on my skin and I knew that I was going to die.
And then I woke up.
I was sweating and my heart was pounding. I couldn't shake the feeling that the creature was still out there, waiting for me. I didn't know if it was real or if it was just a dream, but either way, it was terrifying.
I didn't want to go back to sleep, but I was so exhausted that I eventually gave in. And that's when it happened again.
I fell into the hole and the creature was there waiting for me. This time, it was even closer and I could feel its teeth sinking into my flesh. I was screaming and crying and there was nothing I could do to stop it.
And then I woke up again.
This time, I was so scared that I didn't want to sleep at all. I was afraid that the creature would come for me in my sleep and that I would never wake up.
But eventually, I succumbed to exhaustion and I fell into the hole once again. This time, the creature was gone and I was alone in the dark. I didn't know which was worse- the creature or the darkness.
I was starting to lose hope. I thought that I was going to be trapped there forever. But then, I saw a light up ahead. It was the light of salvation and I was so close…
But then I woke up.
I was so relieved to be awake and safe in my own bed. But the dream was so vivid that I couldn't shake the feeling that the creature was real. I was scared that it would come for me in the night, but I also couldn't help but be drawn to the hole.
I didn't know what to do. I was afraid of the hole, but I was also drawn to it. I was so confused and conflicted.
But then, I had an idea.
I could go back to the hole during the day. That way, I would know that the creature was gone and I would be safe. I could also see the light of salvation up ahead and I would be able to reach it.
I was scared, but I also felt a sense of relief. I knew that I was taking a risk, but I also felt like it was the only option that I had.
So I went back to the hole during the day. And I was right- the creature was gone. I was safe.
I could see the light of salvation up ahead and I was so close…
But then I woke up.
