Ding! Damn, it's another Facebook notification. I swear it has been about the fifth time today. Different guys trying to slide into my DM's. Picking up the phone sliding the screen open and before I could put the phone on silent. The bubble picture on the screen caught my eye. Tan skin, dark hair, and brown eyes. With the name "Love Stud." What a name, haha, opening up the message:

"Hello"

That was all it said, clicking on the profile to see who this guy is and if I might know him. we have no mutual friends. Scrolling through his pictures, every one of his pictures is shirtless. His abs are so tight...so fit. Damn! The first thought went through my mind. I just want to rub my hands up and down his chest, but ignoring the message and going about my business. Flipping on the t.v. to watch old reruns of the "Roseanne" show.

That show never gets old, watching every episode like it is for the first time.

Making my way into the kitchen to pop some popcorn. Soon as the microwave went off there was a rustling sound on my porch. I leap, with nervousness, walking over to the front door flipping on the porch light peeking through the peephole of the front door. Just to see if I can find what made that sound. Must be those damn raccoons again. Talking to myself, in a panic.

Sitting back down on the couch to enjoy Roseanne yelling, at Jackie for wanting to be a cop.

Buzz! Buzz!

What The Hell! Jumping from being startled by the phone going off. More notifications but this time it is Stacy,

"Anna, I'm bored do you care if I come by?"

I start to reply giving her the go-ahead to come over. There is that sound again, this time it seems to be a bit louder. Making my way back over to the front door repeating my steps, flipping the porch light on checking out of the peephole. Again, nothing is out there. Almost frantic messaging Stacy back, to give her the go-ahead to come on over. I rush upstairs to grab my old rusty ball-bat and return to the couch. Too nervous, to eat anymore popcorn and I hardly can focus on Roseanne.

Staring at the phone waiting on Stacey, to respond one more time soon as the screen goes to sleep the phone begins to buzz.

"Okay, I will be there in five."

Now, the five-minute wait is going to seem like two hours.

Stacy, I have the ball-bat out it has been a crazy night, please call when you arrive. I replied,

Watching the clock, OK Stacy messaged at 8:03 and now it is 8:05 not much longer she can keep my company maybe I will not be as terrified.

Ding! Facebook again the same guy and this time, the message is a little bit longer.

"Hello, gorgeous are you looking to get into some fun?"

Again, I ignore the message like I do all the rest. They all just want to hit it and quit it. Not wanting a chance to get to know me. Looking back at the clock, thank goodness 8:07. Any moment now, Stacy should be calling.

Ding! There is that same guy again. Really, man, I think to myself.

" I could keep you company."

Blocking "Love Stud" It is now time for Stacy, she is two minutes late. With the ball-bat in my hands, walking to the front door flipping the porch light back on just for Stacy, her car is out in the driveway.

Few more minutes go by, she doesn't call or get out of the car.

I grab my phone to call her to see if she needs help getting out of the car. On the third ring, she answers, Stacy! what are you doing girl?

Heavy breathing is on the other end,

Stacy, are you OK!

The breathing then stops, the call was ended. Opening up the front door only staying in the doorway...Stacey!

The lights of her car come on bright shining in my eyes, almost blinding me. Making my way back inside in a frantic. Crying historically, slamming the door shut.

Sliding down the door calling out...Stacy!

Stacy, please say something!

Begging her to respond. No reply, the only sound other than my cries is the sound of the car door.

Slowing rising from the floor, grabbing the knob holding on tight to my trusty ball-bat. Locking the door as quick as I can. The doorbell rings,

Anna!

The voice sounds almost robotic and deep. Taking another peep this time through the front window, trying not to be noticed.

Someone in a bunny suit standing in front of my door as if frozen and waiting for the command to pounce. Anna! The robotic voice spoke again,

Stacy, this isn't funny anymore, please quit!
