Run Goddess Guide

The core gameplay of Run Goddess is to cultivate Valkyries and use the synergy between different Valkyries to defeat enemies or achieve a higher ranking. There are some recommended lineups in the game, which provide a good idea, that is, it is not necessarily the case that the rarer the Valkyries, the more powerful they are. Valkyries of different rarities can also produce magical effects through combination. Of course, if the single buff data is considered, there is indeed a certain gap between different tiers. This guide lists the recommended team lineups and Valkyrie tiers.

Recommended Run Goddess Team Lineups

When you start the game, there is only one "Beginner Style" lineup at the early stage. As your character (Dawn Bringer) promotes and changes classes, more lineups will be unlocked.

You can receive corresponding rewards for obtaining Valkyries in the recommended lineups. You can receive 50 gems for each Valkyrie collected, that is, a maximum of 200 per team. If there are repeated Valkyries in different lineups, you can receive gems repeatedly. For example, if you get Emily and she's in three recommended lineups, you can get her 50 gems bonus once in each lineup (150 gems in total).

Run Goddess Valkyrie Tier List

S Tier:

  • Spirit Fox - Rika (DPS)

Key skills summary:

1. Fires twice in rapid succession toward the locked target, dealing with certain attacks as area damage to enemies within a fan-shaped area each time.

2. Transforms into Bewitching Fox form for 20s, and increases attack and defense during this time. In this form, Rika moves in for close-range attacks. If she suffers fatal damage while in Bewitching Fox form, death is negated, and the form ends.

3. While in Bewitching Fox form, Rika gains some lifesteal, and her basic attacks have a certain chance to knock the target back.

4. Increases HP, ATK, and DEF by 300%, and Lifesteal effect by 60% when the skill reaches the max level.

  • Final Elegy - Hecate (Support)

Key skills summary:

1. Swings Leaping Bloom forward and deals certain attacks as area damage when the flower hits a target. Then, it bounces to a nearby enemy to repeat the effect. It can bounce up to 5 times at the maximum level.

2. Hecate blinks ahead, forcing a wide rectangle of Leaping Trees to sprout and bear Leaping Blooms. Each flower explodes and deals a certain attack as area damage after a short delay.

3. Whenever Hecate or any ally triggers "Pierce", "Damage Reflection", and "Stun", Hecate gains some energy. At 100 energy, she transforms into the Silent form for several seconds. During this time, as long as she lives, all other allies can not die.

4. Increases HP, ATK, and DEF by 300%, and Lifesteal effect by 60% when the skill reaches the max level.

  • Magic Card Princess - Yonai (DPS)

Key skills summary:

1. Yonai rapidly fires 3 cards at the nearest enemy. Each card that hits deals certain attacks as small-area damage.

2. Conjures a card-storm sphere and launches it at a random enemy. When the sphere reaches the target location, it spreads out and rotates, dealing great attack damage over a large area.

How to Obtain Valkyries?

  • SP Valkyries: Rika and Hecate can only be obtained from specific exclusive events. Yonai can be acquired through the Dimensional Corridor.
  • UR Valkyries: You can receive Diva freely from the Limited-Time Pack. After triggering this pack, there will be generous rewards for logging in for 3 days. Among them, you can get this Valkyrie on the 2nd day of logging in. In addition, you also have the opportunity to obtain Valkyrie Diva through recruitment. Except for Diva, other UR Valkyries can only be obtained through the exclusive event wheel.
  • SSR Valkyries: You can use the "Valkyrie Recruitment Ticket" to recruit them. In particular, Aurora can be unlocked freely after you have earned all Dr.'s antidotes to rescue her. You can get all antidotes after you pass the main stage 5-15.
  • SR Valkyries: Entering the early game introductory stage will directly give you two SR Valkyries, Emily and Miranda. Nicole and Elia still need to be obtained through recruitment.
Recruit Valkyries in Run Goddess

In summary, the event wheel and Valkyries recruitment are the main ways to get Valkyries.

Valkyrie Recruitment Tickets can be obtained from daily activity rewards and some events. Duplicate Valkyries will be converted into 10 Valkyrie shards of the same Valkyrie, which is the crucial material for Valkyries' star upgrading.

Are there any updates for newer URs like Niya and Vila? I happened on one each during an event but I don't know how they fit, so I haven't invested in them yet.
