My story didn't start behind a computer screen analyzing online gambling sites. I actually began my career working in traditional brick-and-mortar casinos, dealing directly with players day in and day out. This was a huge moment that established me as a regional expert worth listening to.

The World Gaming Executive Summit 2023 in Barcelona took things to the next level. I participated in exclusive workshops on the ethical use of artificial intelligence in gambling. Then, at the CasinoBeats Summit 2024 in Malta, I put what I had learned into practice. The insights I gained about player loyalty directly influenced my development of something completely new: a "Player Trust Score" metric, which I rolled out on the Polskie Sloty portal.

Adding to my growing list of credentials, I also earned the Responsible Gambling Certificate from the Global Gambling Guidance Group (G4). It’s a globally recognized certification that proves a professional’s dedication to reducing gambling-related harm. About 2.5% of adults show signs of risky gambling behavior. My certification and ongoing work aim to lower that number.
